Robin Hood; Green Man and Godhead
Stealing from the rich and giving to the poor his origins shrouded in mystery.
Robin Hood is a continuation of ancient customs, gods and of course memories of heroes who fought against the many conquests of Great Britain.
His most obvious antecedents include the Green Man & Robin Goodfellow. Robin is a first name often given to Gods or Spirits in British Mythology, he is also tied into the Fertility giant Wode as Robin is also known as Robin Wode AKA Robin the Mad, a figure of the Hunter God he is tied to Herne The Hunter.
Robin Hood and his Merrie Men were so popular that the traditions of them superseded the Church, forcing local bishops to have people representing Robin Hood and Little John ride with him through town just to have people show up.
Robin Hood is a common character among May Day customs which continues the ancient role of Wild Fertility & Hunter God complete with his marriage to Maid Marion The May Queen. -TLK

Neale Aethelwulf Rundgren an artist whose subjects focus on the wonder and majesty of the Hyperborean Ethnic Faith, has completed his latest in an impressive line of artworks.
The piece featuring a vast, ethereal landscape where standing stones are plentiful but few are magical. Where a lone adventurer stumbles upon one of the standing stones which still possesses magic hosting a white tree of ethereal beauty.
Thank you for another inspiring image reflecting the spirit of our people. Hyperborean Radio (uncensored)

The key to survival is the Goat.
It requires huge pendulous balls, courage bordering on stupidity, the ability to adapt as the environment changes and the creation of a close family with many offspring as splendidly stubborn as their progenitor!
Be the goat!

Freia's Garden by Hermann Hendrich 1913
"If from the Gods we remove her. Golden apples ripen within her garden; she alone grows the apples and tends them. The goodly fruit gives to her kinsfolk, who eat thereof, youth everlasting. Sick and pale, their beauty would perish, old and weak, wasting away, were not Freia among them".- Fafner, Wagner's The RhinegoldHyperborean Radio (Uncensored)

Sagenhalle and the Legacy of Hermann Hendrich
Hermann Hendrich was a masterful German artist famous for his paintings portraying elements of Norse, German, and Greek Mythology as well as various other influences, especially Wagner's Operas which inspired his art career. In his life Hendrich designed three halls Walpurgishalle, Nibelungenhalle, and what may have been the most beautiful if pictures are to be believed Sagenhalle.
The former two are museums though a bit on the dilapidated side, while Sagenhalle was destroyed after WW2 and no longer stands. All three Halls were an attempt to reinvigorate the traditional Germanic style for meeting halls each one taking references from German mythology and culture. Sagenhalle like the other two halls featured Hendrich's artworks such as depictions of Thor, Odin, Siegfried, and Rubezahl.-TLK
The whereabouts of much of the inner works is a mystery. Though I guess we can be thankful the other two halls still stand.-TLK
