🖥 Release of MeteorJS 3.0

Work on this release began around mid-2021 (discussion on github). The main goal was to get rid of Fibers, because... this prevented me from updating the NodeJS version to the stable version. Yes, meteor has been locked to NodeJS version 14 for the last 3 years


What's new?
— Updated documentation;

- Instead of Fibers, async methods are now used;

— All work with the database is carried out through an asynchronous API;

— Methods have become asynchronous;

— NodeJS updated to 20;

— Added support for ARM on Linux;

- Updated many packages to support asynchronous API.
