Has anyone found any replacements for Discord besides Stoat or Valour? Stoat is UK based so more surveillance but Br*tish flavored, Valour doesn't have a desktop app yet (and there's no roadmap I'm aware of that they plan on making it), I found Fluxer but it doesn't have attachment permanence (they remove attachments after a period of time) so I'm wondering if anyone has actually looked into anything further along than even Fluxer is.

I dont know. I had a friend send me a stoat usercard abit ago, if its UK based thats kind of a nonstarter at this point. Ive been wondering if theres a mastodon fork that could be used but mastodon is still largelyu niche, I know steam is coming out with a discord like groupchat function
