I’m no lawyer, but I think it’s the person that was filming and harassing Shiloh Hendrix that should be charged with disorderly conduct, not Shiloh.
But either way, this disorderly conduct conviction is nothing. It’s just annoying. She’ll probably pay a $100 fine.
