Praise or die. A little about enemies of the people in russia

Just recently, the Russian "state Duma" passed a "law" requiring persons recognised as "foreign agents" to open special ruble accounts for depositing certain types of income.

main provisions of the "law":

mandatory opening of a special account: "foreign agents" must independently open a special ruble account in an authorised bank within 15 days after being entered into the relevant register. if this is not done, the obligation to open an account is imposed on persons transferring income to the "foreign agent".

types of income to be credited to the special account:

profit from the sale and lease of real estate and vehicles;

interest on bank deposits;

dividends from equity participation in organisations;

royalties and income from intellectual activity.

restrictions on the use of funds: access to the funds in the special account is possible only after a person is removed from the register of "foreign agents". write-offs of liabilities from the account to the budget may be made by a "court" decision.

"Vyacheslav volodin, speaker of the state Duma, said that the law is aimed at preventing the use of funds earned in russia against the country, emphasising that "those who betrayed our country will not enrich themselves at the expense of its citizens".

The "bill" was introduced in the "state Duma" on 14 November 2024 and approved "in the first reading" on 20 November. in December, it passed the "second and third readings" and then was approved by the "council of federation".

Now about the consequences for enemies of the people ("foreign agents", in connection with the introduction of special accounts for income

all income received by "foreign agents" from the sale and lease of real estate, vehicles, interest on deposits and equity participation in organisations must be credited to special ruble accounts.

Any attempts to conceal income or transfer it to other accounts may entail administrative or criminal liability.

Or in simple words, the Chekists now have an excellent opportunity for recruitment and further infiltration into the ranks of the mumuzizioneers, and for repression: if you have transferred one quid to an enemy of the people = potential traitor.

In this connection, by the way, there are questions to the so-called "foreign agents" who are on the territory of the Russian Federation and intend to continue their activities without leaving the territory of the Russian Federation:

Why don't they tell those who pay them money using Russian payment systems?

Why don't the enemies of the people explain the possible consequences to those who sometimes transfer money to them while on the territory of the Russian Federation? Is this fucked-up behaviour towards their fans or a deal with the Chekists: give me a database of potential enemies of the people, and I'll help you use the money?

Next. Restrictions on business and investments will be applied to "foreign agents"

Income received from investment activities will be frozen in special accounts, which means that they, "foreign agents", will actually lose the opportunity to reinvest their funds or freely dispose of profits from their assets.

For enemies of the people, whose income depends on property rent, dividends or intellectual activity, this can lead to financial instability: you can earn, but you cannot spend. And you can't sell either

Again, the prospects of being removed from the register of "foreign agents" are vague - nowhere is it spelt out how a person will or can prove the cessation of "foreign influence" on him or her

court proceedings do not count - challenging inclusion in the register of "foreign agents" through the court is a Sisyphean labour, nothing more + even if the enemy of the Nard has proved his loyalty to the Reich, after exclusion from the register, additional administrative or tax restrictions on access to funds may be imposed, as well as additional checks and bureaucratic obstacles on the part of financial authorities.
