My partner and I just started watching GOT, and our sleep schedule is ruined.

Please help! I an unwell! My partner and I just started watching GOT and we have gotten about four-five hours of sleep a night, ever since. It's genuinely so hard to not stay up and binge this until we have to go to work the next morning. Every episode is so anxiety inducing and juicy, and it doesn't help that you can freely binge them one after another, I almost wish I had to wait a week for the next one to come out so I can get some reprieve. We are nearing the end of season 1 at the moment, and my god, they really just find a way to rip your heart out every episode, these Lannister's are EVIL. It takes me about 30 minutes to decompress afterwards.

I'm at work right now, pretty much a zombie, but still taking the time to gush on here about how much I love the show. I'll be so sad when we finish it.

Tyrion Lannister

Least fave:
The rest of the Lannister family
Sansa Stark
Peter Baelish
Everyone in the council
