⚜️On those days when you are stuck, when you cannot see yourself for who you are, and you've no motivation to move, help someone else. Seek out someone to assist, with anything, as basic
or as bold as you like.
And as you are doing this helping, something wonderful occurs: your brain shifts from inward to outward, your heart shifts from apathy to empathy, your soul shifts from stuck to doing something worthy.
Before you know it, you are so busy absorbing yourself in someone else's problem, being useful, that you may find your monkey brain has been silenced and your true brain, your real mind, has started to move forward again, all of its own accord.
On the days when you can't help yourself, help someone else.💕
