All too often, victims of the heavy-handed and sometimes illegal actions of the Thought Police do not know how to respond. They feel isolated; the legal context for possible redress is obscure or unknown to them; they may have suffered substantial financial losses and do not know where to turn.

America, indeed all the Western World, is experiencing an identity crisis.  What does it mean to be an American? What are the dominant values of Western Culture?

These are profound and difficult questions, and as we grapple with them another inquiry emerges: What are the rules of engagement for addressing these questions?

The Free Expression Foundation has chosen the path of genuine dialogue and debate. It is dedicated to providing moral, legal, and financial support to those who have been victims of the potent social forces that have chosen the un-American path of monitoring, intimidation, and destruction.

That should be alot of people. I cannot stress enough how much Our Guys should be supporting the Free Expression Foundation. Very few people are doing the legal work they are willing to do for us.

The fight for our rights will always be an uphill battle. To surmount these barriers, we need unity of effort, belief in our purpose, and willingness to act.

As someone who has been personally banned by name, organizational affiliation, URL, or mention across multiple mainstream platforms (including X) I can attest to the profound difficulty of advocating for justice when one’s voice is silenced wholesale from social media.

There is much discussion about the 4th Amendment when it comes to Flock. An important issue to be sure, but have you considered how this surveillance network will harm the 1st Amendment?

“The Bill of Rights was fashioned against the background of knowledge that unrestricted power of search and seizure could also be an instrument for stifling liberty of expression.” Marcus v. Search Warrant of Property, 367 U.S. 717, 729 (1961).

The 4th protects our reasonable expectation of privacy and blunts government intimidation. In the absence of privacy, where else can truly free expression flourish?

🚨UPDATE: Major success for Austin Franco's complaint against Leo Terrell's abuse of power!

Following our successful awareness campaign, the Office of the Inspector General forwarded the packet detailing Terrell's attack on the First Amendment to Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche. Huge thanks to all of our supporters that spread the message!

Putting pressure on government officials works. Our job is not over! Stand up for your rights and tell the DoJ to investigate Terrell's conduct.

Terrell wanted to make Austin "unemployable." Let's make his assault on free expression "unignorable."
