Hereโs a simple guide to make sure your workout videos meet all the requirements.
1. Record your workout video
โข You need at least 20 videos during the 30-day challenge
โข Each video must clearly show the date (calendar, overlay, timestamp, or app interface)
โข Videos must stay public and available for at least 7 days after the challenge ends
โข Always keep the original unedited file for verification
2. Show your workout and mention Fitton
You can do any workout (home, gym, running, etc.)
If youโre not using the Fitton app, you must clearly mention โFittonโ:
โข Say it out loud in the video
โข Or add text or graphic that shows the name
If you use Fitton screen recording, you donโt need to add anything โ itโs included automatically
3. Post your video on social media
Allowed platforms: TikTok, Instagram, Twitter (X)
Make a standard post and tag us:

โข Instagram: https://instagram.com/fitton_app/
โข Twitter (X): https://x.com/fitTON_app
Also add hashtags:

4. How to enable Fitton screen recording
โข Open the app โ go to Profile
โข Tap Settings
โข Enable โScreen recordingโ
โข Start any preset workout
โข When it ends, the video is saved automatically
โข You can then send it to the bot and upload it to your socials

Must be recorded between the moment this post is published and 12:00 UTC on June 1, 2025.

Use the same code from the first weigh-in. Write it on paper and make sure itโs clearly visible in the video.
๐นClearly show the date & time
Make sure the current date and time are visible โ use your phone screen, a calendar, or a clock in the frame.

Shorts and a t-shirt only. You must wear the exact same outfit as in your first video.
