Any quality projects with community can form a DAO and apply to become a member of the Fans Project after establishing their own community and rules. At the first phase, quality DAO project will be vetted by the FansLab and listed on Fans Project. While at the second phase, the DAO project will be voted by Fans holders in order to be listed on Fans Project, which allowing global users and project owners to participate in the Fans Project in a fair and equitable way.
