a friend just told me he knows a guy who used to be in this discord server where 2 egirls that popped up out of nowhere and started increasingly being flirty with each other turned to both be 20-something dudes using a voice changer initially planning to scam discord nitro subs but then falling in love

after finding out about the whole thing they just kept it going anyway as long as the voice changer was on in calls while periodically asking other people in the server if this was gay or not

tldr: some dudes on discord accidentally recreated this black mirror episode in real life while trying to get free nitro
