Something I just discovered.
Protein ice cream that’s tastes nearly identical to DQ vanilla soft serve.
2 scoops casein vanilla bean whey protein powder.
1 1/2 cups of 2% or skim milk.
1 or two egg whites.
1 tsp natural vanilla extract.
1 tsp xanthin gum
I haven’t needed to use any extra sweeteners. But you can add a little stevia confectioners sugar to taste if desired.

Blend ingredients in a blender until it thickens.
Pour into the Ninja cup.
Freeze for 24 hours.

Run the outside of the cup under hot water for a minute or two.

Add a splash of milk on top.

Blend in the Ninja. You may need to blend 2-3 times to get everything in the cup creamy.

Enjoy your 50+ grams of protein ice cream.

I’ve also added a sprinkling of crushed up milk chocolate chocolate chips as well.
