• GPU: Mali - enabled adaptive power policy, coarse_demand on suspend (playing music while screen off, saves power)
• I/O: 3 new Scheduler
-> Anxiety
-> SIO [Simple IO]

• generall Scheduler optimizations e.g. schedutil)
• Set Kernel timer interrupt frequency from 250Hz to 300HZ (reduce jitter/jiffies)
• UI,Scrolling lags reduced, reduced a bit battery drain, Apps start improved
• picked some cpu_load_balance and cpu_idle fixes
• reduced a bit CPU Throttling
• Wakelock_blocker fixes
• Other small optimizations
• Build with Neutron-clang17
