To people who are experiencing video glitches with this kernel
The issue happens for some people while using Instagram, etc social media and various other media. I have investigated this issue with logs and I found that Exynos OMX libs are causing issues, Something with invaild index etc... So the fix for this is not on the kernel, instead on vendor.
FIX
Remove these files on vendor:
/vendor/lib/omx/libOMX.Exynos.VP8.Decoder.so
/vendor/lib/omx/libOMX.Exynos.VP9.Encoder.so
/vendor/lib/omx/libOMX.Exynos.VP9.Decoder.so
/vendor/lib64/omx/libOMX.Exynos.VP8.Decoder.so
/vendor/lib64/omx/libOMX.Exynos.VP9.Encoder.so
/vendor/lib64/omx/libOMX.Exynos.VP9.Decoder.so
Replace these files on /vendor/etc:
/vendor/etc/media_codecs.xml (attached)
/vendor/etc/media_codecs_performance.xml (attached)

The Eureka Kernel with
- Lag fix of R9.5 (mostly because of the new I/O Sched)
- More aggressive LMK (results in low ram usage, for me idle usage was 52% with Derp 12L - 3GB - A20e)
Will be released today in KST.
Version R9.6
Note that the LMK change is only applied on AOSP, since the OneUI3 fails to boot with the change
