Great point brought up by Brian Lupo. The timing of Resident Biden visiting NM is curious. Every major decision on election certification, whether it be Joe, Kamala, or Jill, results in visits just days before. This may be why no Minnesotan has received any CVRs through public data requests from ANY county in Minnesota.
