This year, Karbala carries the fresh wounds of the martyrdom of its sons and descendants, giving this Arbaeen an even deeper emotional and spiritual significance. The turnout is expected to surpass previous years as Karbala once again becomes a refuge for Shias and all the oppressed of the world.

Arbaeen marks the fortieth day after the martyrdom of Imam Husayn (A). Over the centuries, it has evolved into one of the world’s largest annual gatherings and a living movement dedicated to preserving the revolutionary message of Imam Husayn (A). At the same time, it embodies the continuation of the mission of his sister, Sayyidah Zaynab (S), who carried forward the second half of the Battle of Karbala by exposing tyranny, confronting falsehood with courage, and ensuring that the sacrifices of Karbala would never be forgotten.

In past years, we were unable to reach there. Hearts burned, skin shivered, and even the bones seemed to cry. The cage of the ribs could barely contain the heart, as if it wanted to burst out from the pain of separation. Many people do not understand what the love of Karbala truly means, but those who have experienced it know its meaning all too well. It is a longing that words cannot fully describe, a bond that only grows stronger with distance, and a call that continues to echo in the hearts of its lovers until they finally answer it.

As part of the Saudi enemy regime’s continued tightening of the siege against the Yemeni people, and in yet another violation of the sovereignty of the Republic of Yemen, the Saudi enemy carried out a criminal and unjust aggression last night through a number of airstrikes targeting the city and port of Al Hudaydah and Kamaran Island. These raids caused material and moral damage. Yemeni air defenses engaged a formation of enemy aircraft after they violated Yemeni airspace and prevented them from committing further crimes against our great people.

In response to this blatant criminal aggression, the Yemeni Armed Forces carried out two qualitative military operations:

The first operation targeted sensitive facilities belonging to Saudi Aramco in Jizan, using dozens of ballistic missiles and drones.

The second operation targeted sensitive facilities belonging to Saudi Aramco in Yanbu, using a number of ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, and drones.

By the grace of Allah Almighty, both operations successfully achieved their objectives, with direct and precise strikes.

This escalation in aggression confirms the Saudi enemy’s determination to continue its siege against our people and its repeated violations of our country’s sovereignty. This is something that cannot be accepted and will be confronted firmly and forcefully by our free, faithful, and steadfast people.

We in the Yemeni Armed Forces, placing our trust in Allah, remain committed to fulfilling our honorable and responsible duty of defending our beloved country and our noble people, the people of faith and wisdom, the people of Islam and Arab identity. This criminal enemy will find from us nothing but resistance and confrontation from the position of truth, while it stands on the side of falsehood. Indeed, falsehood is bound to perish.

We also affirm that the maritime blockade imposed on the Saudi enemy remains in effect in response to its aggression and its unjust siege, which has continued for twelve years. We will not hesitate to expand our operations and further escalate our actions in accordance with developments over the coming hours and days, under the principle of “blockade for blockade” and “escalation for escalation.”

Allah is sufficient for us, and He is the best Disposer of affairs. The best Protector and the best Helper.

— Yes, during the 12 day war, a senior member of our team was taken by important figures to several sites in Tehran and Qom that were considered sensitive and had been targeted. The majority of these sites were not destroyed as portrayed by both sides, due to various reasons, including precautionary measures and other factors. The discussion regarding the emptying of the arsenal is only a small part of the wider picture. Around 12 years ago, we received information that these cities had been prepared to sustain years of confrontation. We cannot even anticipate how an arsenal that was reportedly capable of prolonging a war for more than ten years would be affected. In reality, many things have developed positively, which is why the nation is continuing its normal activities. However, the situation can become worse, and even in the current circumstances, certain plans are in place that cannot be discussed publicly.

Regarding the safety of Imam Mujtaba Khamenei, targeting him is nearly impossible; due to the requests of the Assembly of Experts, maraji, and senior resistance leaders he accepted staying in one of the safest locations, making him among the most protected individuals, with no traceable location available. Following the assassination of Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah, the resistance has adopted various methods to prevent and overcome any assassination attempts.

Regarding the armed officers who were martyred, they chose to remain at their command posts and on the field for one main reason. The martyred leader had been informed about the situation, and many important assets had already been transferred from his residence on his request. However, he chose to remain in his house instead of relocating due to various spiritual and strategic reasons. One of those reasons was that relocating him carried a high possibility of causing mass collateral civilian casualties. His family members also chose to remain with him until the very last moment, fully aware of the risks and refusing to leave his side.

Under the memorandum of understanding, it was agreed that navigation through the Strait of Hormuz would take place according to arrangements announced by Iran. However, as anticipated, america violated the agreement and declared an alternative route for transit through the strait.

Following this breach of the agreement, the IRGC prevented ship traffic and struck the violating vessel. It was expected that america would return to compliance with its commitments, but it did not. Instead, it attacked our coasts, islands, and several of our radar sites. Therefore, the new aggression once again came from america.

The IRGC’s attacks were intended to compel america to return to its commitments, and Operation Nasr-2 was launched with that objective.
