Second: Some of the violations attributed to Jolani elements may occur in the form of individual actions across the border, as is happening in some areas currently, and they may be trying to increase the pace of their activity. Third: We reaffirm that the primary enemies of the nation of our noble Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family) are America, the Zionist entity, and the House of Saud. They are the ones who run most of the criminal organizations in the world, and they must be dealt with in an appropriate security manner.

Fourth: As for the Americans and their alleged withdrawal from Ayn al-Assad base, this is the third of its kind over the past two years. But each time they reposition their forces with a well-known procrastination. We are still awaiting field assessments before declaring our opinion, but the original principle is skepticism toward all their istatements and actions.

After two years during which the case was handled behind closed doors, the Supreme Court today permitted the publication of additional details from the trial against the so-called “fake officer,” including the disclosure of the defendant’s name: Asaf Shmuelovitch.

He is accused of impersonating a lieutenant at the beginning of the war, entering operations rooms, recording classified conversations, and collecting and transferring secret information to unauthorized parties.

The indictment attributes to Shmuelovitch the commission of serious espionage offenses, including the provision of classified information, unauthorized entry into a military zone, and obtaining information through deception.

Following the outbreak of the attack on October 7, and for approximately one week thereafter, he posed as a reserve soldier holding a rank that had never been granted to him. By making false claims regarding his rank, appointment, and authority, he obtained highly classified information from various entities within the Israeli army.

The espionage charge relates to his acquisition and retention of secret information, which he documented in a notebook and subsequently transferred to unauthorized individuals without authorization.

During the proceedings and from the early stages of the case, Shmuelovitch underwent a comprehensive psychological evaluation conducted by the state over several months. Subsequently, the court approved a request for a second medical opinion from a panel of three experts affiliated with the forensic psychiatric service. The panel concluded that Shmuelovitch was not criminally responsible for his actions at the time the offenses were committed.

Based on these findings, the prosecution announced that it accepts the conclusion and recognizes an insanity defense, which is expected to ultimately lead to his acquittal.
