“No fruitful negotiations if Washington sticks to force”
Regarding nuclear negotiations, Dr. Larijani stressed that Tehran does not see U.S. negotiations as capable of yielding real results if Washington continues to rely on the logic of “peace through force.”
Regarding claims that after Iran’s victory in the last war against Israel it has become regionally stronger than even the United States, Larijani asked: “Will America be sincere in these negotiations? Do its proposals in Lebanon or Iraq truly consider the interests of the people there?”
He emphasized that the U.S. theory of imposing peace through force means either surrender or war, which is ineffective. He added that countries with self-respect and internal power and status will not submit.
He noted that Iran has never and will never surrender, and negotiations are meaningful only when the other party realizes it cannot achieve its objectives through war. He stressed: “Negotiations yield nothing if the other side believes it can impose its will by force.”
Dr. Larijani rejected the idea that the gateway to Arab countries passes through the United States, saying: “We do not believe in that, and we do not see that a country’s interest lies solely in relying on the U.S.”
He added that some Arab countries, despite their alliance with Washington, do not fully trust it. Some of their officials have expressed a desire to diversify relations with other countries, like China and Iran, even if publicly maintaining close ties with the U.S.
Responding to the idea that the U.S. remains the superpower and some Arab states see benefit in relations with it, Dr. Larijani said: “Perhaps Washington creates some obstacles, but between zero and one hundred, there are many options. Americans cannot entirely sever our relations with Arab countries; these relations may not reach the highest level, but they remain active and useful.”

“Imam Sayyid Ali Khamenei changed the equation with wisdom and firm management during the war”
Dr. Larijani said that Ayatollah Ali Khamenei played a pivotal role in the last U.S.-israeli war, affirming that he “tipped the balance of confrontation.”
He noted that despite the targeting and assassination of many Iranian leaders at the start of the war, Imam Khamenei quickly compensated for these losses within hours, adding that his address to the Iranian people clarified the importance of the phase and nature of the confrontation. His calm and decisive demeanor was crucial in changing the equation.
Dr. Larijani added that the firm response to U.S. threats of non-surrender came through Imam Khamenei’s guidance, which empowered the Iranian army to respond forcefully and courageously, pointing out that missile strikes on Israeli targets were fully supported by the supreme leadership.
Regarding his practical role, Dr. Larijani confirmed that Imam Khamenei led the armed forces from the operations room, providing guidance and managing affairs comprehensively, demonstrating the forces’ ability to continue operations even under the assassination of key leaders.
Dr. Larijani also revealed that he personally received direct assassination threats from Israel’s Mossad on the first day of the battle via telephone and responded appropriately, noting: “This reflects the nature of the confrontation and the pressures we faced.”
Visit to Lebanon after the martyrdom of Sayyid Nasrallah and his lasting legacy
In discussing the nation’s martyr, Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah, Dr. Larijani affirmed: “His memory never leaves him, day or night,” describing him as a great man and a unique figure who will not be repeated.

🇮🇷 | Imam Khamenei’s Regional Strategy and the Role of Top Advisors and Representatives: From Armenia to Yemen:
In recent months, Iran has demonstrated a coordinated and multi-dimensional regional strategy, executed through the meticulous efforts of the Supreme Leader’s top advisors and representatives. Figures such as Ali Akbar Velayati, Ali Larijani, and Ali Akbar Ahmadiyan have emerged as pivotal actors in shaping Iran’s influence across critical geopolitical arenas, from the South Caucasus to the Arabian Peninsula. Their roles exemplify both operational skill and strategic foresight, illustrating how the Iranian leadership maintains its regional leverage amid mounting international pressures.
Ali Akbar Velayati, the 80-year-old senior advisor on international affairs, has been central to the coordination of Iran’s foreign policy and defense diplomacy. He has been actively involved in key advisory roles, including the formation and guidance of the Supreme Defense Council, signaling Tehran’s focus on synchronized political and military strategy.
A case in point is his recent meeting with Armenia’s Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan in Tehran, conducted against the backdrop of Iran’s opposition to a US-backed initiative to develop a corridor along Iran’s southern border.
Simultaneously, Dr. Velayati’s meeting with the ambassador and representative of Yemen’s Ansarallah movement highlights Iran’s broader regional influence. During the discussion, he stressed the importance of the Resistance Front, under the leadership of Imam Khamenei, in advancing the honor and dignity of Muslims, while emphasizing the recent Iranian operations against the United States and Israel as pivotal demonstrations of Tehran’s strategic resilience.
Alongside Dr. Velayati, Dr. Ali Larijani has taken on the complex management of Iran’s regional relations involving Russia, China, Syria, and Lebanon. His work reflects a highly calibrated approach to diplomacy and security, demonstrating the Supreme Leader’s deliberate selection of advisors with nuanced understanding of regional languages, political cultures, and the intricate dynamics of local power structures. Dr. Larijani’s coordination ensures that Iran’s policy is both coherent and responsive to rapidly evolving geopolitical challenges, reinforcing Tehran’s strategic autonomy in the face of American and Israeli pressures.
The active engagement of Imam Khamenei’s advisors confirms the broader Iranian strategy of distributed leadership and operational resilience. This networked approach enables Tehran to counter external pressures, shape regional outcomes, and sustain the operational and symbolic momentum of the Resistance Front.

🥀 | This year, as in many recent years, Gaza was a central theme. Processions carried placards, banners, and chants calling for an end to occupation and oppression, and denouncing Israel’s ongoing atrocities. Alongside these political messages, the spiritual core of the commemoration remained unchanged: millions engaged in noha recitations, elegiac chanting, chest-beating and lamentations that have defined Muharram mourning for centuries.
In both Shia and Sunni maqatil, the historical narratives of Karbala, a heart-wrenching scene is described from the aftermath of the massacre. After Imam Husayn (A) was martyred, the women and children of his household were paraded over the battlefield, past the lifeless bodies of their loved ones. Imam Ali ibn al-Husayn Zayn al-Abidin (A), barely able to stand due to illness, was forced to walk close to the body of his father, Imam Husayn (A). Sayyidah Zaynab (S), the beloved sister of Imam Husayn, was shackled in chains and made to ride bareback on the hump of a camel under the scorching desert sun.
It was in this moment of unbearable cruelty that Sayyidah Zaynab (S) noticed her nephew trembling, his lips quivering, and tears streaming uncontrollably down his face. Fearing that the shock and grief might claim his life, she asked softly what troubled him so deeply. With a voice choked by pain, the young Imam replied:
“How can a son look upon his father lying headless on the burning, blood-soaked ground?”
Zaynab, herself crushed by grief yet strong in resolve, consoled him with words rooted in divine promise. She recounted a hadith from their grandfather, the Messenger of Allah (S), saying:
“I heard from the Prophet of God: When Husayn is killed in Karbala, centuries later, multitudes will come to his grave, and over it there will be a shrine. They will weep for him, visit him, and renew his message. The earth and heavens will bear witness to their loyalty.”
Today, over thirteen centuries later, that prophecy unfolds before our very eyes. The streets of Karbala overflow with pilgrims, men and women, young and old, some walking hundreds of kilometers from cities and villages, their feet blistered but their hearts steadfast. They come to say: “Labbaik ya Husayn” meaning “We are here, O Husayn”.
For many, the Arbaeen march is not only an act of mourning but a declaration that justice and resistance to tyranny are eternal values, and that the blood of Husayn still flows in the conscience of humanity.

🟡 | Highlights from the speech of Hezbollah Secretary-General Shaykh Naim Qassim on the occasion of the Arbaeen of Imam Husayn (A) in Baalbek:
• I salute these Husayni crowds who came from all the villages and from the Baalbek-Hermel area to commemorate the Arbaeen of Imam Husayn.
• I salute the large and great crowds who walked on the path of Karbala to revive this painful memory.
• The more we commemorate this occasion, the more we discover its lights and its giving.
• The establishment of religion must be with dignity, high morale, and a strong stance in facing challenges. This is what Imam Husayn did with his family and companions who would not submit to falsehood or deviation.
• We are on the path to relief, blessed by the jihad and revolution of Imam Husayn (A).
• The martyrdom of Imam Husayn (A) is not limited to attaining martyrdom itself, but he transformed martyrdom from being an individual matter to reviving the community. His martyrdom was life for the entire Ummah, from which it draws for its future.
• We stand between two choices: to be with Husayn or to be with Yazid at every juncture of history. In our time, our choice is to be with the Husayn of this era, represented by Imam Khomeini, followed by Imam Khamenei, and walked upon by Shaykh Raghib, Sayyid Abbas, and Sayyid Nasrallah.
• We are with the liberation of Palestine and against the Yazid of this era, represented by the American tyrant and the Israeli oppressor, and all who follow this path.
• Today’s resistance is the product of the school of Karbala.
• We are building our society, future, children, and lives on the foundation of Husayni-Karbala’i-Zaynabi upbringing, which melts in love for Allah Almighty.
• Resistance is the life for the Ummah on the path of Imam Husayn, and it is the banner that will be handed over to the Master of the Age Imam Mahdi (A).
• On August 14, 2006, we celebrated the victory of July, when the resistance fought a great aggressive war for 33 days, achieving the victory of the True Promise.
• The July victory was from the blessings of divine, Muhammadi, and Alawi [relating to the teachings of Imam Ali] support, as Allah helped us despite our small numbers and many enemies.
• The July victory is the victory of willpower and resistance, and a defeat for “israel” that prevented it from occupying and settling in Lebanon. It is a victory for the trinity of the people, the army, and the resistance.
• The July victory terrified the enemy for 17 years and prevented it from launching another aggression out of fear of the strength of the resistance. During this period, the victory facilitated reconstruction across Lebanon.
• We must thank the Islamic Republic of Iran, which supported us in every way and offered martyrs alongside us, such as Haj Qassim Soleimani, solely for the sake of supporting the truth.
• Iran is still by our side and will remain so, just as the banner of resistance will remain raised.
• Everyone must know that Palestine will remain the compass, and all the aggression committed by the “Israeli” enemy with American support will not deter the Palestinian people from continuing their resistance. They will triumph because they are the rightful owners of the land and blood.
• We offer condolences for the Lebanese army martyrs who were martyred in Zebqine. They are martyrs of duty toward humanity and truth, and they are martyrs of the resistance, the army, and the homeland.
• Resistance is honor, dignity, patriotism, and sovereignty. It is the one that grants martyrdom and does not need certificates from anyone.
• The resistance has given achievements over time. It liberated the south of Lebanon in 2000 and the eastern lands in 2017 during the Battle of the Outskirts with the support of the Lebanese Army.
• The resistance liberated Lebanon’s sovereign, independent choice, and there can be no sovereignty without resistance. It formed Lebanon’s strength in facing challenges, and these achievements are honorable.

—Shaykh Naim's Ongoing speech:
• We must ask those who did not resist: Where were you in the face of aggression, occupation, and sovereignty? The resistance is a shining light and a sun that shines on everyone.
• The state’s acceptance of a ceasefire agreement was aided by the resistance, which adhered to its terms. After eight months of patience, despite being targeted as resistors and the resistance’s environment, we believed that this stage required patience.
• A survey by the Consultative Center shows that Lebanese people do not believe the army alone can protect Lebanon, and diplomacy alone is not enough.
• The majority of Lebanese public opinion supports the resistance and its continuity.
• A government decision to disarm the resistance strips the resistance, its people, and Lebanon of defensive weapons during aggression, which means facilitating the killing of fighters and their families and expelling them from their land and homes. The government should have focused on asserting its control and expelling Israel from Lebanon.
• The government is serving the “Israeli” project.
• Is the government happy with Netanyahu’s praise for its decision?
• The wrongful decision is the government’s acceptance of facilitating the killing of their partners in the nation so they can enjoy a life they were promised.
• You are not trying to protect Lebanon, but to protect your own lives at the expense of your partners in the country.
• Can the nation be stable when one group attacks another?
• If you feel incapable, leave the enemy to face us, and just as “Israel’s” repeated wars failed, this one will also fail.
• The government’s duty is to build the country, not hand it over to the “Israeli” and American enemy.

📕 | Karbala: The Forgotten Path and the Divided Ummah:
Muslims became divided over the approach to commemorating Karbala. One group abandoned active commemoration, reducing it to a theoretical understanding calling it philosophical and symbolic meant only for those willing to sacrifice for Islam.
The other group embraced commemoration with yearly gatherings and collective remembrance. This approach fueled the Islamic Revolution in Iran, nurtured resistance sentiments, and led to the formation of movements and organizations such as the IRGC, Basij, Amal, Hezbollah, AnsarAllah, Hashd al-Shaabi — Harakat al-Nujaba, Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq, Kata’ib Hezbollah, and many others.
When the time came and Islam needed a second Karbala-led movement, these forces rushed to defend their brothers in Gaza and confront the empire of Modern day-Yazid: israel. Meanwhile, those who had reduced Karbala to a stagnant chapter in books, limiting it to mere supplications or discussions, unfortunately whether intentionally or unintentionally fell to their knees BUT also lost their backbone.
Today, many Arab nations have no language of anger left to express against israel, whose tyrannical leaders openly call for occupying their land. The solution is to return to Karbala. What some label as shirk is, in fact, their salvation, and the real shirk is fearing America and israel and accepting their demands.
Normalization is the true bid‘ah, not mourning.
Karbala is not shirk—israel is.
These are groups, not sects, because for a group among Shias (~Shirazi cult), Karbala should not be political, and for many Sunni (~see Palestinian leaders like Nizar Banat, Abu Hamza and Yahya Sinwaar), Karbala should be a political and commemorative movement.

🇮🇶 | Statement of Secretary-General of Kataib Hezbollah: Hajj Abu Hussein al-Hamidawi (H):
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and peace and blessings be upon our leader and Prophet, Muhammad the Trustworthy, his pure and immaculate Household, may Allah be pleased with his chosen and noble Companions, and with His righteous servants, martyrs, and mujahideen.
Despite the scorching heat of summer and the blazing sun, the supporters and lovers of Imam al-Husayn (A) did not hesitate to serve his millions of visitors, who came from all corners of the earth to his pure shrine for the Arbaeen pilgrimage, which this year was marked by even greater dignity and magnificence.
On this sorrowful occasion, we extend our condolences to our Imam, al-Hujjah ibn al-Hasan (A), to the Islamic world, and to our esteemed scholars, on the anniversary of the Arbaeen of the Master of Martyrs. We ask the Almighty to extend His help and guidance to us in fulfilling our duties, amid the grave events and major changes our region is witnessing.
The recent developments, the fall of the Syrian regime at the hands of criminal takfiri gangs led by Julani, the American-Zionist aggression against the Yemeni people, the treacherous Zionist-American war on the Islamic Republic, and the systematic international pressure orchestrated by Zionist and Masonic institutions are nothing but attempts to subjugate nations and strip them of their will, especially after voices have grown louder calling for the disarmament of the people under false pretexts, from which neither Iraq nor Lebanon have been spared.
We affirm that resisting occupiers and deterring aggressors is a legitimate right guaranteed by laws and divine legislation. The weapon of the people has always been, and will remain, their safety valve and their protective shield in defending honor, sanctities, and land. From this standpoint comes the necessity of supporting the arsenal of the resistance with advanced weapons, strengthening its technical capabilities, and raising its defensive and offensive capacities to the highest level of readiness and preparedness to confront any threat to the country and the people.
Supporting the oppressed and defending the causes of the Ummah — foremost among them the Palestinian cause — has always been, and will remain, our central cause. We are always ready to make more sacrifices to purify our sanctities from the defilement of the impure Zionists.
We in Kataib Hezbollah affirm that one of our top priorities is to repel the evil of the wicked and to thwart their schemes against our people, our religious authorities, and our eminent scholars, who are beacons of guidance, lamps of light, and those whom Allah has made the continuation of the legacy of prophethood. This obliges the believers to draw from the light of their counsels and to be guided by their path in supporting the oppressed and striving against the disbelievers.
In conclusion, I extend my highest thanks and appreciation to the administration of the two holy shrines in Karbala, to its honorable people, to the esteemed Provincial Council, to the security forces, and to the mujahideen of the Popular Mobilization and the Islamic Resistance, who ensured the security and service of the visitors, as well as to the heads of the processions and their noble servants. I pray to Almighty Allah to grant them more success in giving, and to record for them a great reward for the effort they have exerted in serving the guests of Abu Abdullah al-Husayn (A).

✅ | Imam Hasan al-Mujtaba (A) accepted a treaty with Muawiyah under certain conditions, which Muawiyah never fulfilled. However, the treaty did not include disarmament, and the sword always remained in the hands of Imam Hasan al-Mujtaba (A).
The Shia front has no precedent for disarmament in its history, so one thing is certain never disarm, and fight until death, whether this side survives or that side survives.
