🇮🇷 | Ali Larijani: The Iranian Hector for Resistance, Traveling Under Fire and Danger:

Dr. Ali Larijani has proven his heroic character during the Turfan Al-Aqsa and regional Zionist aggression, carrying out the most sensitive and responsible duties in this turmoil, similar to the roles of Mr. Saeed Jalili during the past Syrian war and the late Martyr Amir Hossein Abdollahian. Now, Dr. Ali Larijani, the most experienced and well-versed diplomat and security official of the Islamic Republic of Iran, continues this legacy. Born on June 3, 1953, in Najaf to a prominent religious family, his father Ayatollah Mirza Hashem Amoli was a Shiite religious authority who immigrated to Najaf to study religious sciences. Larijani hails from the Larijani Amol region of Mazandaran Province. At age 20 (1977), he married Farideh Motahari, daughter of Ayatollah Morteza Motahari. He completed primary education at Madrasah Adib and secondary education at Sadr High School in Qom, holds a bachelor’s in computer science from Sharif University of Technology, and a master’s and doctorate in philosophy from the University of Tehran. He is also a university lecturer and author of works on Kant’s philosophy and other scientific articles. Dr. Larijani served as Speaker of Parliament for 12 years (2007–2019), a record in Iranian history, and was Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council from 2005–2007. During the 12-day imposed war, he demonstrated his strategic caliber, including a sensitive post-war trip to Moscow in late July where he met Vladimir Putin, illustrating his weight in advancing Iran’s post-war strategic file. Regional and global media confirmed that advancing key parts of Iran’s regional strategy, particularly regarding the Zionist regime, is largely managed by Larijani as an advisor to the Leader and special envoy of the President. Dr. Larijani joined the IRGC in 1982, serving as Deputy Commander of the IRGC and Deputy Chief of General Staff, and also served as parliamentary deputy for the ministries of the IRGC, labor, and post, telegraph, and telephone. On June 28, 2020, he was appointed advisor to the Supreme Leader and full member of the Expediency Discernment Council, playing a role in pursuing the 25-year Iran-China agreement. In November 2024, amid tensions between Iran and Israel, Larijani traveled to Syria and Lebanon as the Supreme Leader’s special envoy and called on Donald Trump’s second administration to accept Iran’s terms and reach an agreement on its nuclear program. During and after the recent imposed war, Dr. Larijani contributed to the narrative of the war through media interviews and speeches, demonstrating high analytical and explanatory power. People might hold different opinions about him, but due to his dynamic personality, sharp understanding of geopolitics, sophisticated negotiation skills, convincing demeanor, and boldness, he has earned recognition from supporters of Iran and resistance of all tendencies acknowledged work, and even American are aware of his qualities and non-compromising nature on many occasions. Before the fall of Assad, he traveled across Syria and Lebanon with letters from Imam Khamenei offering assistance, met Bashar at the last hour of his retreat, and delivered letters from the Leader Imam Khamenei. He also communicated with Lebanese authorities during sensitive moments. During his last visit to Lebanon, he survived an attempted attack by traitors intending to check his airport baggage checking after leaving Damascus, where he survived an Israeli airstrike . Once again, the Israeli regime of Syria did not allow his plane to cross the airspace. Dr. Ali Larijani has proven his master skills and serious commitment to the region, giving him leverage for such sensitive work.

Despite the risks posed by hostile forces and regional instability, he continues his mission to convey Iran’s support for resistance movements.

🗞️ | Khaleel Nasrallah writes:

— Two important points from the Iranian Supreme National Security Council Secretary during his meeting with the President of Lebanon:

• We affirm our desire to help Lebanon in the field of reconstruction.

• We do not wish for even the slightest disturbance in the friendship or relations with the Lebanese state and people.

Iran is willing to assist Lebanon if the Lebanese government desires it.

Since the President stated in Dr. Larijani’s presence that “Lebanon is willing to cooperate with Iran within the framework of sovereignty, friendship, and mutual respect,” it would be good to seize the Iranian initiative regarding reconstruction and request assistance based on an independent sovereign decision. Come on, show us that your words are sincere!

— Mr. Ali Larijani says: Countries should not be receiving their orders from abroad to impose them on Lebanon.

The core of the visit lies in this point, especially since Dr. Larijani focused on the “American paper” that was dictated to Lebanon.

Therefore, the Iranian message is addressed to those who impose on Lebanon papers of surrender and submission.

🇱🇧: 🇮🇷 | Joseph Aoun stresses cooperation with Iran within the framework of mutual respect

- During the meeting between Ali Larijani, Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, and the President of Lebanon, Joseph Aoun welcomed the development of Tehran–Beirut relations and stressed that Lebanon seeks cooperation with Iran within the framework of national sovereignty and mutual respect.

- Joseph Aoun also emphasized that relations between Iran and Lebanon should be comprehensive and engage all Lebanese groups and political currents, so they can contribute to internal cohesion and the shared interests of both countries. He said: “Friendship between Iran and Lebanon should not be formed through one sect or a specific Lebanese faction, but should include all Lebanese.”

- Referring to Lebanon’s policy of neutrality regarding the internal affairs of other countries, Aoun said: “Lebanon never interferes in the internal affairs of any country, including Iran, and respects its characteristics; therefore, it expects that no party interferes in Lebanon’s internal affairs.”

- He concluded by noting the threats posed by the Zionist regime and other regional challenges, saying: “Any threat, whether from the Israeli enemy or others, is a threat to all Lebanese, not just to one group. The most important weapon to confront these threats is national unity.”

- According to the Al-Ahed website, the President of Lebanon also asked Larijani to convey his greetings, well wishes, and wishes for success to his Iranian counterpart, Masoud Pezeshkian, and expressed his hopes for peace and progress for the Iranian people.

- In response, Dr. Ali Larijani reaffirmed Iran’s support for the Lebanese government and its legal institutions, stressing that the Islamic Republic of Iran has not the slightest intention to harm its friendly relations with the Lebanese state and people, and is ready to provide assistance if Beirut requests it.

🇱🇧 | Dr. Larijani Reaffirms Support for Lebanon — Calls for National Dialogue, Rejects Foreign Directives — Offers Aid if israel Escalates:

-
At this stage, we have excellent relations with Lebanon, and its unity and success are extremely important to us.

- We believe that through serious and comprehensive dialogue within Lebanon, sound decisions can be reached. Other countries should not issue directives to Lebanon.

- Any decision taken by the government, in cooperation and coordination with Lebanon’s factions, will be fully respected by us. Lebanon, through consultation with the Resistance, can decide what is best for itself.

- We did not bring a plan to Lebanon, but the United States came with a paper containing directives.

- We will stand by Lebanon in the event of any israeli escalation, if Lebanon requests it.

| Not only Iraq and Iran but Turkey, is also facing Water Crisis:

• With the intensification of climate change, Turkey is facing a water crisis — a crisis that experts call “water poverty,” warning that by 2030 the country could be listed among water-poor nations.

• In Ankara, dam reservoirs have fallen below 10 percent capacity; according to the latest official statistics, Ankara’s dams are only 9.73 percent full, sounding a serious alarm for the drinking water supply of this metropolis.

• In the coastal town of Çeşme in Izmir province, water is repeatedly cut for up to 12 hours a day. Even the city of Izmir has faced a severe drop in dam storage since early August, with reservoirs falling to less than 5 percent of their capacity.

• Experts warn that if drought and reduced rainfall continue, severe restrictions on water usage and even water rationing could be imposed on residents of the capital.

• Meteorological data from Turkey shows that last winter was the warmest in over 50 years, with rainfall more than 50 percent below the seasonal average.

🇮🇳 | India Sends 20,000 Workers to Israel Amid Gaza War to Replace Palestinians:

The Indian government has revealed that more than 20,000 Indian workers have traveled to Israel to replace Palestinian workers since the beginning of the war on Gaza.

In response to a parliamentary question last week, Kirti Vardhan Singh, Minister of State for External Affairs, stated that from November 2023 to July 2025, at least 20,000 workers went to Israel.

Singh noted that 6,730 construction workers and 44 caregivers arrived under the bilateral framework agreement signed between the two countries in November 2023. Additionally, 7,000 workers from the care sector and 6,400 construction workers arrived through what he described as “private channels.”

☑️ | The water crisis in Iran, Iraq, and Turkey is reaching a critical stage, driven by climate change, population growth, overuse of rivers, and inefficient water management, particularly along the Tigris and Euphrates. Solutions require both technical and political measures, starting with stronger regional cooperation through legally binding agreements on water allocation and joint monitoring committees to prevent conflicts. Improving water management is essential: agriculture must shift from flood irrigation to drip or sprinkler systems, urban networks need modernization to reduce leaks, and rainwater harvesting and aquifer recharge must be expanded. Dams and reservoirs should be operated in coordination to ensure equitable downstream flows, while sediment control and maintenance preserve storage capacity. Climate adaptation measures such as desalination plants, drought-resistant crops, and watershed management can further mitigate shortages, while wastewater treatment and reuse, smart monitoring systems, water pricing, and public awareness campaigns can optimize consumption and prevent waste. However, the crisis is not purely technical: there is a geopolitical dimension, as israel could potentially exploit its influence over Turkey’s regime to manipulate water resources as a strategic tool against Iraq and Iran, amplifying regional tensions. Without urgent, integrated action combining diplomacy, infrastructure, and sustainable resource management, the scarcity of water could deepen humanitarian suffering and become a major source of regional instability.

🇮🇳 | India Sends 20,000 Workers to Israel Amid Gaza War to Replace Palestinians: The Indian government has revealed that more than 20,000 Indian workers have traveled to Israel to replace Palestinian workers since the beginning of the war on Gaza. In response…
🇮🇳 | India’s hostility toward Palestinians is deeply rooted in long-standing anti-Muslim and anti-Islamic cultural and political currents, which had already been triggered in the 1960s–1980s but intensified sharply after 2014. The majority of Indians, outside of the liberal segment (though even they often share biases against Muslims), tend to hold anti-Muslim views and display a disturbing sense of schadenfreude over the humanitarian disaster in Gaza. Despite historical leaders like Gandhi and Atal Bihari Vajpayee giving fiery speeches in support of Palestine, the rise of the RSS-led Hindu nationalist movement, which has dominated Indian politics since 2014, has shifted India’s official stance. It has also provided major technological support for propaganda during the Al-Aqsa war, contributing to the dehumanization of Palestinians. Reports suggest that nearly 80% of anti-Palestinian online slurs and posts are propagated by actors linked to the RSS lobby, which has longstanding ties with Israel dating back to the 1980s, with both parties playing roles in shaping narratives that criminalize Muslims in India.

At least seven Indian states have filed criminal cases against pro-Palestine protesters. Seventeen FIRs have been traced, nine in BJP-ruled or coalition states, or directly from Delhi, and eight under Congress or allied governments booking 51 people under various sections of the Indian Penal Code, the newly introduced Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), and the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) for organizing rallies or posting pro-Palestine content since the outbreak of war on October 7, 2023. States where cases have been registered include Bihar, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, and Jammu & Kashmir.

Pro-Palestine protesters across India face harassment and restrictions. During a Muharram procession on July 15, 2024, in Srinagar, anti-israel and pro-Palestine slogans prompted police to register an FIR under BNS sections 223 (disobedience of order) and 152 (endangering sovereignty, integrity, and unity) and UAPA section 13 (punishment for unlawful activities).

Successive generations of Hindu nationalists from Vinayak Damodar Savarkar (1883–1966), who coined and elaborated the Hindutva concept, to Narendra Modi today—have professed a deep affinity for Israel. Savarkar wrote in the 1920s: “If the Zionists’ dreams are ever realized, if Palestine becomes a Jewish state, it will gladden us almost as much as our Jewish friends.” In 1947, Savarkar opposed the Indian delegate’s argument for a binational (?) Arab-Jewish state at the UN General Assembly and voted against partition plans that would have favored Palestinian interests.

As of now, the Indian government is politically and diplomatically isolated in West Asian affairs, losing credibility and facing widespread criticism. However, it is important to note that not all Indians support israel or anti-Palestinian policies. Many have long opposed collective punishment or the dehumanization of any nation or community. A significant number of Indian Hindus actively support Gaza and Palestinian rights, campaigning, reporting, and amplifying voices on the ground. Public figures from Hindus like Arundhati Roy Saurabh Kumar Shahi, Ravish Kumar, Amresh Mishra, Priyanka Gandhi, Sawara Bhaskar, Umakant Lakhera, and many journalists and activists with millions of viewers are filling the gap left by muted voices in the Muslim community.

Organisations such as Indians for Palestine and the Indian People in Solidarity with Palestine (IPSP) have contributed greatly to the cause. Important figures like Muhammad Ahmad Kazmi, Feroze Mithiborwala and Shahid Pradhan, and organisations such as MSO, ISO, and Jamaat-al-Islami, among many others, have also played their part. Recently, A 77-year-old Hindu professor has launched a campaign to observe a fast and hunger strike on 15 August in solidarity with Gaza.

| Be Ready for Unity Week in Rabi al-Awwal!

In the matter of the Takfiri movements in this region, the main crime was committed by the Americans, followed by the Saudis. The Saudis provided them with money, assistance, and support. In addition to this crime, the Americans committed another one: under the pretext of these groups’ presence, they launched invasions into Muslim countries. They invaded Afghanistan, they invaded Syria, they went to various places, and they have been thinking and still are about invading other countries like Iraq. But of course, the young Iraqis and the faithful believers of Iraq will not allow it. Their rightful zeal and honor will prevent America from gaining influence there, God willing. Still, they have the plan and are pursuing it to gain influence in these countries. Wherever they have entered, they have brought insecurity and destruction. They have truly destroyed infrastructure in these countries, created insecurity, and incited civil wars. They have occupied governments so that they cannot fulfill their main duties. This is truly the destruction of “crops and offspring” “and he destroys the crops and the progeny” in the full sense of the word applies to them, and this is what they have done.

In our view, Unity Week is very important, and the unity of Muslims is the cure for many of the pains of the Islamic Ummah. Right now, this catastrophic war in Yemen, where for five years the oppressed people have been bombed in their streets, markets, homes, hospitals, schools, and public gatherings, is not a small incident. It is a very great tragedy, and the Saudis have shown astonishing cruelty in this matter. Or take the issue of Palestine: this insolence of a few weak and abject governments toward the Islamic world and the Islamic Ummah, ignoring the Palestinian cause in their own minds and establishing ties with the usurper and the murderer, without a doubt all of these can be resolved through the unity of the Islamic Ummah. The problems of Islamic governments and nations, there are many difficulties, from Kashmir to Libya, everywhere you look, can be solved through the blessings of Muslim unity. This is our point regarding Unity Week.

| Two agreements were signed today, one in Lebanon and one in Turkey. In Lebanon, the Islamic Republic of Iran assured assistance if the Lebanese request it against any Zionist incursion, and in Turkey, it signed a memorandum with the Syrian occupation for further solidifying it, looting Syrian assets, and preparing for a Greater Israel. You choose only one side; probably 270,000 martyrs are not enough for understanding this, or do you need more…

🇱🇧 | Lebanese media erupted in controversy after Iran’s SNSC chairman, Dr. Ali Larijani, replied “no time” when asked by a journalist why he had not met Lebanon’s Foreign Minister during his visit.

Local outlets accused Dr. Larijani of showing disrespect and even claimed he had requested such a meeting but was turned down.

In response, Tehran deftly released the official itinerary coordinated between the Iranian and Lebanese governments, which made it plain that no meeting with the Lebanese Foreign Minister was ever requested by Iran in the first place.

'I say to the Lebanese government; recognize who is your friend and who is your enemy. Iran has always been friendly with Lebanon, when Lebanon feels pain we also feel this pain. And we continue to be ready to provide any help whenever it is requested.

Iran is not interfering in Lebanon's internal affairs. The one who interferes in Lebanon's affairs are those who sit in Washington over 1,000 kilometers away and give orders to the Lebanese government from afar.

The weapons of the resistance (Hezbollah) are not an issue for Lebanon but rather a strength, and the resistance is and always has been a natural part of Lebanon, and it was not formed on foreign orders. I urge you to see the resistance as an asset.'

This demonstrates Iran’s transparency and its adherence to local and international law in supporting and sustaining the Resistance, neither as a proxy nor as a mercenary.
