If this continues, a formal downgrade or even severance of ties is no longer unthinkable.

This reckless trajectory is not limited to Iran. Across the Arab and Muslim world, India is losing credibility and respect. Countries that once saw India as a bridge between East and West now view it as an unapologetic partner in oppression. Even nations that were once economic allies are reevaluating ties, wary of India’s alignment with apartheid israel and its disdain for Muslim causes. Domestically, India may parade its fake “strategic victories,” but internationally, its image is sinking. The world is watching a country abandon its moral compass, betray its allies, and humiliate itself in pursuit of validation from a state that openly mocks and undermines it.

India is isolating itself, not just from Iran, but from a broader world that is no longer willing to ignore its hypocrisy.
