After a long time, why suddenly is HTS found attacking Suwaydah? Even after getting bombed, they are still carrying out their offensive against Suwaydah. Are those people who were entirely ruling only because of the favor of America and israel suddenly turning revolutionary against the will of israel?

Millions of dollars in aid are being announced by israel for Suwaydah at a moment when the city is facing deliberate and coordinated isolation from the rest of Syria. Economically, militarily, and politically, Suwayda is being severed with Daraa’s traders cutting off ties and other provinces expected to follow. This manufactured blockade is not accidental; it is designed to push the Druze population toward desperation and force them to consider alliances they would not have otherwise accepted, including potential coordination with israel. Since israel does not share a border with Suwaydah, it cannot directly build a corridor into the province. Instead, the strategy involves engineering an israeli-controlled buffer zone in Daraa and Quneitra under the pretense of “unblocking access” and “protecting minorities.” Within this setup, the Druze are to be used as a buffer population : politically expendable, militarily instrumentalized.

This corridor plan aims to connect the occupied Golan Heights through southern Syria toward Al-Tanf, effectively surrounding Damascus and severing Hezbollah’s critical land routes to Lebanon. The broader objective is to reconfigure the southern Syrian landscape in a way that excludes resistance and consolidates Israeli-American control through proxy forces, economic coercion, and sectarian manipulation. Julani’s role in this is now exposed as one of complicity and disposability: having blocked Hezbollah’s supply lines in a failed bid for power, he has now been cast aside, this is a lesson to others who believe proximity to Western plans guarantees security. The silent compliance of the US and EU, as they advance their objectives by using figures like Julani and factions like HTS, should serve as a stark warning to countries like Iraq, Turkey, Pakistan, India, and even parts of Europe. This is not just a military maneuver, but a slow and calculated redrawing of borders, alliances, and sovereignties and those who cooperate out of short-term interest are likely to find themselves isolated, humiliated, or destroyed.

The destruction of Syria and the wider dismantling of the Levant is not a byproduct of civil strife or organic rebellion, but the direct consequence of the weaponized deployment of Wahhabism as a geopolitical tool by Zionism and its Western and regional proxies. Wahhabi fanaticism, dressed in the garb of Sunni piety, has served as the ideological battering ram through which Zionist and imperialist goals have been fulfilled. Whether in Aleppo or Damascus, Deir Ezzor or Homs, the scorched earth policy of Wahhabi factions, funded by Gulf monarchies and shielded by NATO, has laid waste to ancient cities, killed hundreds of thousands, and dismembered a sovereign nation. Zionism’s long game was never to coexist with any form of resistant Islam but to use this manufactured fanaticism to crush it from within.

HTS' type of Sunni Islam, as it is widely consumed today, is not a sect; it is a modern nationalist product marketed as religion. It emerged from the Arab nationalist regimes that sought to consolidate power by rebranding Islam into an exclusivist, state-centered identity. Their secular intellectuals, many of whom were irreligious or hostile to traditional Islam, weaponized Islamic history, especially the Caliphate and Umayyad dynasties, to establish Arab supremacy. This reframing not only marginalized non-Arab Muslims but also turned Sunni Islam into a geopolitical identity used to suppress indigenous resistance, whether it came from Persians, Shias, Kurds, or Christians.

To sell this identity to their own illiterate and tribal masses, Arab nationalists claimed that the Islam of their nation-states was synonymous with that of the Caliphs. The secular elite crafted their legitimacy by evoking the glories of early Islamic empires and in turn poured massive resources into creating state-controlled Sunni identitarianism. What followed was the emergence of Arab rulers who molded themselves in the image of the ruthless Umayyads, militaristic, autocratic, anti-Ajam, and anti-Shia. From Cairo to Baghdad to Riyadh, a rigid Sunni identity was cultivated to serve authoritarian nationalism.

When the Cold War reshaped global politics, the United States and Britain recognized the utility of this new Sunni identity. They helped monarchies in the Gulf rebrand Salafism into a sanitized, neo-Wahhabi ideology that defended tribalism, capitalism, and Western alignment. This imperial neo-Salafism became a tool to suppress revolutionary Islam and any expressions of resistance that did not conform to the Sunni nationalist framework. With the fall of the USSR, Western academic institutions took over the job of refining Sunni Islam into a marketable, manageable, and non-threatening expression of Islam, suitable for global consumption and hostile to anti-imperial resistance.

Today, states like Syria, despite once claiming a secular Baathist identity, are still infected with the same historical identity they once sought to challenge. Their nationalism glorifies the darkest, most brutal chapters of Islamic history, aligning perfectly with the goals of NATO and Zionism. Those who suffer most are the same targets as always, the Shia, the Ajam, the non-Arabs, and the Christians. As long as Wahhabism, or its modern equivalent Sunni identitarianism, remains unchallenged, no real liberation can be achieved. Iranians must not waste resources trying to engage or rehabilitate this identity. Instead, they must either manufacture a competing Islamic identity or dismantle tribal and sectarian constraints that prevent Shia Islam from expanding.

Colonial regimes deliberately created the fantasy of a monolithic Sunni Islam to act as a permanent buffer against unity and truth. From denying the legitimacy of non-Arab leadership to manufacturing hatred against Shia Muslims, these fictions are now self-sustaining among many Muslim communities. As long as this artificial identity persists, true resistance to imperialism will always be sabotaged from within.

The only solution is a complete epistemological, demographic, and pedagogical reordering in post-colonial states that remain suffocated by this ideological cancer. The alternative is more Syria-style destruction, justified in the name of a false Sunni Islam that has already lost its soul to Zionism.

Without this shift, Syria-style destruction will continue under the banner of a false Islam that long ago surrendered its soul to Zionist design.

Otherwise, it is the systemic end of the Ummah. What remains today is not a sleeping giant but a defused corpse wired with time bombs each placed in the heart of our societies, with their detonators sitting in the Oval Office and the Kirya. We and you are living around those bombs. They are timed through media, arms deals, takfiri ideologies, and proxy regimes. The countdown is ongoing. Either the Ummah reclaims its soul through resistance Islam, or it will be obliterated through a Sunni Islam manufactured for imperial obedience.
