🚨 Update: Earlier today, the US-funded IOF bombed Al-Salam Mills in Deir Al-Balah, central Gaza, the Gaza Strip's only wheat mill, taking it out of service.

All bakeries in northern and central Gaza have been taken out of service in recent weeks, either due to bombing or lack of fuel. Dozens of bakeries have been targeted, including the only bakery in central Gaza. As of last week, only nine bakeries were operational in the entire Gaza Strip, at risk of shutting down due to fuel shortages.
