🟨 Breaking — Statement issued by Hezbollah regarding the dangerous American aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran:

Hezbollah strongly condemns the treacherous and barbaric American aggression against the peaceful nuclear facilities of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This act reveals the true face of the United States as the greatest threat to regional and international security. It represents a blatant violation of international and humanitarian law, the Geneva Conventions, and the United Nations Charter, which explicitly prohibits targeting nuclear facilities and using force against a sovereign state. This reckless and dangerous escalation could broaden the scope of war and push the region and the world toward the unknown if not decisively confronted.

The blatant deceit practiced by U.S. President Donald Trump, driven by delusions of dominance and arrogance, and this madness of attacking a sovereign nation by bombing its peaceful, IAEA-monitored nuclear sites, confirms that the United States—along with the tyrants of global arrogance—seeks only to subjugate free and independent nations. These forces leave countries with only two options: submission and humiliation, or death and destruction.

Through this criminal aggression, the American administration attempted to achieve what the Zionist entity failed to accomplish in its continuous attacks on Iran. It aimed to compensate for its failure to stop the painful and earth-shaking Iranian missile strikes. This aggression confirms the full and direct partnership between America and Israel in planning and execution, not just in the war on the Islamic Republic but in all regional conflicts and crimes—in Gaza, Lebanon, Syria, and Yemen—proving to the world that America is the official sponsor of terrorism. It respects neither international treaties nor human rights laws, nor any form of legal or moral commitment.

The Islamic Republic of Iran has always been the most committed to regional and international security. It has repeatedly affirmed the peaceful nature of its nuclear program and chosen diplomacy to resolve crises from a position of sovereignty and in defense of its legitimate rights under international law. Today, in light of this criminal aggression, Iran has every right to respond and defend its land, people, and sovereignty. These arrogant tyrants will not be able to subdue the Iranian people and their courageous leadership. On the contrary, this attack will only increase Iran’s resolve to resist until victory is achieved.

We affirm our full solidarity with the Islamic Republic—its leadership and people—and we have full confidence in Iran’s just cause, its resolute and brave leadership, its generous and noble people, and its vigilant and sacrificing security and military forces, particularly the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. We are confident that they will confront this aggression and make the American and Zionist enemies taste bitter defeat. These attacks will not hinder Iran’s progress or development.

We also call upon Arab and Islamic countries and free peoples of the world to stand by the Islamic Republic in the face of American and Israeli aggression. We urge the United Nations, international and legal institutions, especially the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), to assume their responsibilities regarding this dangerous assault, which could have led to nuclear contamination threatening vast areas and the lives of tens of thousands—if not for Iran’s precautionary measures.
