☑️ | Covert operations are always covert operations. They should not be used as blanket evidence to claim failure, weakness, or oversight by security bodies. The enemies have evolved and now use intricate levels of treachery to achieve their goals—from using innocents as shields to accepting collateral damage, even burning or killing dozens just to reduce populations in their concentration camp-style logic.
