Israel military estimate that they are facing a major challenge in detecting and identifying slow-flying, low-altitude unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) that can carry explosives and accurately hit their targets.
This has already occurred twice in the past week, with a UAV penetrating from Syria and exploding in Eilat, and with two Hezbollah UAVs infiltrating from Lebanon yesterday, one of which seriously injured a soldier and the other causing moderate injuries.
