Let Israel go out and stop its attacks, including its air violations, as an important step to engage in the discussion of defense strategy.

Reconstruction is not an end for anyone, and we will not accept blackmail under this heading. We will not discuss the details of the defense strategy in the media, nor will we anticipate the rules we will agree to when we sit at the table for dialogue.

Hezbollah has fulfilled its obligations, and Israel has fulfilled its obligations, and the Lebanese state has fulfilled its obligations.

Just in | Shaykh Naim Qassim (H):

They say they link reconstruction with weapons, and we say we link arms to reconstruction.

Moving to the second phase requires implementing the first phase, which includes Israel’s withdrawal, its non-attack, and the beginning of actual reconstruction.

The state now decides to fight Israel. We are with it no matter what the cost. This decision is with the state.

Lebanon cannot follow American hegemony, and America must respect the will of the Lebanese people to independence and non-interference in their affairs.

Reconstruction is not an end for anyone, and we will not accept our blackmail under this heading.

Lebanon cannot walk under American tutelage. It is the largest demon, and it sponsors the cancer gland, Israel, that must be uprooted.

If the Lebanese state takes a decision to forcefully expel Israel and open a battle, we are present to fight on the border.

| Shaykh Naim Qassim’s (H) Roar Shocks Propagandists Across Cyberspace Who Claimed Hezbollah Is Weakened and Finished (?):

It is clear that what Shaykh Naim Qassim (H) presented regarding Hezbollah’s view of the defense strategy—and its timing—stems from the resistance’s entrenched strength. The loudest message behind his words was unmistakably directed at the Americans.

After a period of deliberate silence and sharp reading of regional shifts, Hezbollah laid out its position concerning the future of its arms, directly responding to smear campaigns aimed at disarming the resistance—placing such rhetoric in direct alignment with Israeli interests. Shaykh Qassim (H) firmly declared: any threat to the resistance’s weapons will be confronted.

In a powerful address, Shaykh Qassim (H) clearly mapped out the movement’s hierarchy of priorities. These begin with an immediate halt to Israeli aggression, a full withdrawal, and an end to ceasefire violations—exactly as stipulated in UN Resolution 1701. This, he emphasized, is the necessary first step.

He rejected all premature talk of a “second phase”—such as defense strategy discussions—until the Lebanese state also fulfills its responsibilities, chiefly the commitment to reconstruction.

Among his most assertive declarations was the insistence that the resistance’s arms are strictly for defending Lebanon from Israeli aggression. He laid out Hezbollah’s position that any discussion of arms exclusive to the state must be tied to the state’s ability to project authority and maintain internal security—something beyond the resistance’s domain.

According to Shaykh Qassim (H), once the first phase of Resolution 1701 is genuinely implemented by both parties—and Lebanon confirms its commitment—the second phase can begin. That next stage must rest on three firm pillars:

Protecting Lebanon’s sovereignty, liberating all occupied land, and halting every form of Israeli aggression.

Harnessing the resistance’s strength and arms as a strategic component in Lebanon’s national defense.

Rejecting any move that weakens Lebanon or surrenders it to Israeli domination.

Shaykh Qassim (H) also revealed the existence of message exchanges with President Michel Aoun and confirmed a strong understanding between Hezbollah and the Lebanese Army. He categorically stated that no clash will take place between the resistance and the army, despite efforts by internal actors to provoke such conflict.

This renewed position from Hezbollah comes as a direct challenge to both internal and external actors seeking to disarm or dissolve the movement. The message is firm: the era of blackmail and submission is over. Lebanon will not be stripped of its last remaining pillar of strength.

Shaykh Qassim’s (H) address has redirected the internal political discourse, shattered illusions peddled by disarmament propagandists, and undercut the delusions of those wagering on a “post-Hezbollah” Lebanon.

May Allah bless our Shaykh (H).

🌹 | 🥀 | Congratulations and heartfelt wishes to all Christian brethren on the sacred days of Good Friday and Easter.

At the same time, we extend our deepest condolences to the shattered and grieving Christian communities of Syria—those who were dragged, beaten, and martyred by the terrorists of Tahrir al-Sham. We also remember the Christian martyrs of South Lebanon and Gaza, whose blood was spilled on the path of dignity and resistance.

May Allah envelop them in His mercy, soothe the hearts of their ailing parents and beloved ones, and grant peace to their souls in the name of Prophet ‘Isa (A) and his noble mother, Sayyidah Mariyam (S).

We invite our Christian brethren to stand on the right side of history—against Fake-Christian Zionism, against the Israeli Talmudi cults, and against the forces that desecrate the divine message of justice, mercy, and dignity.

Let us unite—hand in hand—to awaken our communities and prepare them for a future that rejects abasement, resists jewish hegemony, and paves the path for the awaited reappearance of Imam Mahdi (A) and our noble Prophet, Sayyiduna ‘Isa (A).

This is not just a call for solidarity—it is a moral imperative in the face of global tyranny.

☑️ | Reducing U.S. Forces in Syria and Dismantling Three Small Bases Does Not Mean Withdrawal?

The reduction in U.S. troop numbers in Syria and the dismantling of three small bases is a repositioning, part of a force-decrease strategy, particularly with the fall of the regime and the withdrawal of Iranian advisors and resistance forces.

The main bases, which have strategic importance and played a role in trying to repel the Iranian attack, were not touched; on the contrary, they have been reinforced, particularly with the installation of early-warning systems and advanced air defenses.

The U.S. presence in Syria, which is illegal, has never been linked to the presence of ISIS; rather, it is part of an American expansion aimed at confronting Tehran and resistance forces while supporting “Tel Aviv.”

| Takfiri model: (1/3):

The West’s contradictory and dual-faced approach in dealing with Takfiri movements has raised numerous doubts and questions from the exploitation of Afghanistan in the late 1970s, to the war against Takfiris in the Arabian Peninsula during the 1990s, followed by the war against Takfiris in Afghanistan in 2001, in Iraq after the 2003 invasion, to the exploitation of Syria in 2011, and now to the current ambiguous experience with ISIS and threat of ISIS 2.0.

The root of these doubts and the multiplicity of views lies in the tendency of such analyses to revert to rigid and subjective mental models that fail to grasp the flexibility, particularism, and pragmatism of the Western mind. At the same time, the repeated alignment of Takfiri movements with the Western front has led their opponents to accuse them of being mercenaries and servants of the West. This accusation is not without merit, but it is rooted in an indirect system of control. This is largely due to the ideological and strategic weakness of these groups, and the sensitivity of the environments in which they operate, environments already hostile to American orientation, let alone open alliance with the U.S.

All of this becomes evident when one examines the history of these relations from 1979 to the present. Another factor reinforcing such doubts is that Takfiri groups tend to respond to any accusations of ties with America or its allied regimes with frantic and desperate denials.

These experiences lead us to a specific model through which the West, particularly the United States, manages its relations with Takfiri groups, a model that rests on three fundamental dimensions: formation, justification, and control. It must be noted, however, that each of these dimensions functions as a toolbox from which the U.S. draws selectively, depending on the situation. They are not necessarily deployed all at once or in every case.

+

(2/3):

First | Formation

This policy consists of assessing the appropriate geographical scope for the activity of Takfiri movements—on the condition that their activity does not pose a threat to U.S. interests and, conversely, serves strategic American interests. This policy is implemented through various tools, selected according to the conditions of time and place, and can be summarized in five main instruments:
1. Opening geographical grounds, meaning the weakening of governments in the targeted region through (creating tension and political anxiety, political purges, popular uprisings, etc.), similar to what occurred in Syria in 2011 and Mosul in 2014.
2. Opening logistical routes, meaning the opening of land, air, and sea routes and granting the necessary passports and vehicles to reach the target point—such as the use of Egypt, Pakistan, and Yemen during the 1979 war in Afghanistan, or the use of Turkey and Jordan during the 2011 war in Syria.
3. Financial and military support, meaning giving the green light to allies who are willing to provide financial and military aid to Takfiri groups. This aid may be direct or indirect (via organizations and arms dealers), and is executed according to a special timetable—so that these groups maintain a strategic image. At times, the U.S. directly provides these groups with weapons, such as in the case of Kobani, where the U.S. dropped weapons and necessary equipment by air to ISIS more than five times, later claiming that it was done by mistake.
4. Transfer, meaning exporting Takfiris from countries that are harmed by their presence or by countries that want to make use of them.
5. Opening the way for preachers, meaning facilitating the movement of Takfiri preachers for ideological and recruitment activities in the target areas, transferring them to those regions, and providing them opportunities to promote their message through satellite networks and various media platforms.

Second | Justification

This policy consists of media, human, and field efforts to justify the strategic priority of Takfiri groups in terms of directing them toward the battlefield and attacking the designated enemy—or, alternatively, redirecting them strategically or tactically for temporary purposes based on the prevailing conditions. The United States relies on the support of its local and international allies to implement this policy through nine essential tools:

1. Identifying the enemy: In the case of the U.S., achieving its objectives often involves “star-making” among Takfiris—placing certain individuals or groups under the media spotlight. These figures are selected in such a way that they can ultimately exert political influence and yield favorable local and international political outcomes for the U.S. For example, the magnification of individuals like Zarqawi at the start of the Iraq war by Colin Powell, who declared, “Our enemy is Zarqawi”—thereby placing Zarqawi at the center of attention to the point that he was able to take control of the field and drag most of Iraq into civil war. Similarly, a few months ago, Israel assigned specific commanders from Jabhat al-Nusra to administer areas near the Golan Heights under the pretext of military threat.

2. Purging commanders: Refers to targeting Takfiri commanders who pose a threat to U.S. or Western national security—or those whose local influence negatively impacts America’s ability to justify and exploit their presence—such as the assassinations of Osama bin Laden, Anwar al-Awlaki, and most al-Qaeda commanders in Yemen.

3. Arab and international media: Spreading provocative and ideological concepts that can stir Takfiri groups into mobilization and push them to enter the designated region and fight against the front chosen by the U.S.

4. Saudi clerics: The religious institution of Saudi Arabia plays a key role by issuing fatwas for jihad in targeted areas.

5. Creating insecurity: Utilizing newly converted Western Muslims, leveraging Arab intelligence services, and using prisons as key recruitment grounds—prisons are emphasized as having a central role in directly or indirectly attracting Takfiri commanders.
6. Managing conflicts: Managing crises in the target region to serve U.S. goals and preserve a justifiable and usable Takfiri force, through various justification tools.
7. Creating a tense atmosphere: Manufacturing a climate of war and conflict that attracts Takfiri fighters and portrays them as an oppressed group—as happened in Afghanistan and Syria.
8. Fragmenting Takfiri groups: Using diverse tools to sow discord, multiply goals and priorities, and provoke internal field clashes among Takfiri groups, preventing them from forming a unified and cohesive power—like the rift between ISIS and Nusra in Syria.
9. Strategic theorization: Providing strategic narratives to justify the Takfiri agenda within specific geographical zones. For example, the use of brutality and intimidation is part of this strategy—many speculate about the identity of Abu Bakr Naji (author of Management of Savagery) and his ties to U.S. intelligence. It’s also worth noting a quote by Abu Musab al-Suri in his book: “The global Islamic resistance is a strategic vision that prevents Takfiri groups from direct war with Western armies,” although he offers no further explanation or analysis of this vision.

(3/3):

Third | Control

Despite their significant susceptibility to American influence, Takfiri groups strive to maintain their own agenda and preserve their political presence in the region. For this reason, the Western system needs to exert control over these groups to ensure they do not cross strategic or operational red lines. This control is exercised through six tools:

1. Direct confrontation: Engaging in direct conflict and striking at sensitive and vital areas of Takfiri forces, such as what occurred in Afghanistan in 2011.

2. Ceilings on financial and arms supply: Monitoring the quantity, quality, and timing of funds and weapons flowing to Takfiri groups, ensuring they do not evolve into a threat and remain useful to the U.S.—as was the case during the events of Syria in 2011.

3. Geographical control: Occasionally, American forces or U.S. allies launch attacks on areas held by Takfiri groups—for example, the coalition forces’ actions when ISIS entered Erbil.

4. Provision of alternative geography: When Takfiri groups grow too large or become difficult to justify and manage, a new front is opened to transfer excess fighters and equipment. The clearest example of this was the opening of the Mosul front to ISIS forces.

5. Media justification: Media stimulation operations play a significant role in amplifying the political and military impact of Takfiri groups on their targeted enemies.

6. Commander elimination: This tool has already been discussed above. The best example is the U.S. use of this tactic in controlling Zarqawi—when suspicion arose that he had allied with bin Laden and that waging war against the U.S. had once again become his top priority.

🇮🇷: 🇸🇦 Report: A review of Imam Khamenei’s repeated emphasis on the benefits for Iran, Saudi Arabia, and the Muslim world from expanding cooperation between the two countries in five meetings with Saudi officials over the past 28 years:

1. In the meeting with Prince Abdullah, Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia; 9th December 1997:

Unity among Islamic countries is essential and important. Efforts must be made for close and brotherly relations between Islamic countries, as this will certainly bring benefits and blessings for Islam and Muslims, even though the enemies of Islam are concerned about the realization of these effects. The development of communications and cooperation between Iran and Saudi Arabia is beneficial for both sides, and especially for the Muslim world.

2. In the meeting with Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense of Saudi Arabia; 3rd May 1999:

Be aware of the propaganda conspiracies of the enemies of Islam to prevent cooperation between Islamic countries.

3. In the meeting with Abdulaziz Al-Khowaiter, special envoy of the King of Saudi Arabia; 19th February 2000:

The strengthening of sincere and growing relations and interests between Iran and Saudi Arabia is beneficial for both sides and in the interest of the Islamic world and the Muslim Ummah.

4. In the meeting with Saud Al-Faisal, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia; 11th June 2006:

The extensive cooperation and relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Saudi Arabia, in addition to bringing short-term and long-term benefits for both countries, will also be very beneficial for the Muslim world.

5. In the meeting with Khalid bin Salman, Minister of Defense and Special Envoy of the King of Saudi Arabia; 17th April 2025:

Many years ago, right where you are sitting, your uncle King Abdullah was sitting. I told him: We consider a close relationship with Saudi Arabia to be in our interest. If you also consider it to be in your interest, the relationship can be strengthened. We believe that the relationship between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Saudi Arabia will be beneficial for both countries, and the two countries can complement each other. The expansion of relations between Iran and Saudi Arabia has its enemies. We must overcome these hostile motivations, and we are ready for this.

📕 | 9th Imam from Ahlulbayt (A): Imam al-Jawād (A) says:

عليكم بطلب العلم ! فإن طلبه فريضة، والبحث عنه نافلة، وهو صلة بين الأخوان، ودليل على المروة، وتحفة في المجالس، وصاحب في السفر، وأنس في الغربة

“You must seek knowledge! For indeed, seeking it is an obligation, and inquiring about it is a recommended act. It is a bond between brothers, a sign of noble character (murū’ah), an adornment in gatherings, a companion during travel, and a source of comfort in times of estrangement.”

[Source: Kashf al-Ghumma, vol. 2, p. 347, line 12; also cited in Bihār al-Anwār, vol. 75, p. 80, hadith 63; Ḥilyat al-Abrār, vol. 4, p. 598, line 2.]

The phrase “ودليل على المروءة” — especially when it’s spoken by Imam al-Jawād (A) in the context of exhorting toward knowledge.

When the Imam says:

”…and [knowledge] is a sign of muruwwah (noble character, integrity, chivalry)”,

he’s doing more than praising knowledge — he’s linking it directly to a person’s moral credibility.

So yes, the implication is universal: not just for seekers of knowledge, but even more so for scholars. If someone claims or holds the position of a scholar, then:

Seeking knowledge,
Continuously researching and growing,
Upholding the ethics of brotherhood and humility,

become near-compulsory attributes for their character to be considered truly upright.

In other words:

If knowledge is a sign of muruwwah, then for a scholar, abandoning knowledge is a sign of moral failure.

The statement makes it clear — knowledge is not just a personal asset; it’s a moral duty, and failing it erodes one’s social and ethical stature.
