Hezbollah strongly condemns the Israeli occupation’s bombing of Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital in Gaza, which led to the destruction of parts of the hospital, rendering it out of service, and the displacement of patients, wounded, and civilians who had taken refuge there from the enemy’s terror and crimes. This blatant assault constitutes a clear war crime and once again exposes the savage, criminal face of the Zionist enemy — one that does not hesitate to commit the most heinous atrocities under false pretenses and lies, disregarding all humanitarian and international laws.

The missile force of the Yemeni Armed Forces carried out a unique military operation using two ballistic missiles — one of which was a hypersonic missile of the Palestine-2 type. It targeted the “Sdot Micha” base located in the occupied eastern Ashdod area — a missile base for launching “Jericho” missiles and housing the “Arrow” missile batteries.

The second missile, of the Zolfiqar type, targeted Ben Gurion Airport in the occupied Jaffa area.

Additionally, the drone air force of the Yemeni Armed Forces carried out a military operation targeting a critical Israeli target in the occupied Ashkelon area using a drone.

Thanks to God, both operations successfully hit their targets, causing the closure of Ben Gurion Airport for nearly an hour, sparking panic and confusion among settlers, and forcing millions of them into shelters.

The Israeli enemy — along with its American backer — must realize that dear Yemen, in its leadership, people, and army, will not back down from its firm stance in supporting and standing by the oppressed Palestinian people. Yemen will not abandon its religious, moral, and humanitarian responsibilities — no matter the consequences or outcomes.

We rely upon Allah Almighty, trust in Him, and believe in His promise, assistance, and victory. This support and backing will not stop until the aggression on Gaza ends and the siege is lifted.

Ironically, Asma bint Umays (r) was among the noblest of women. She was a respected Sahabiyya, married first to the Prophet’s cousin and great companion, Ja’far b. Abi Talib (A). She embraced Islam early on, alongside her husband, making her one of the earliest Muslims.

Seven years after the beginning of the Prophet’s mission, she emigrated with Ja’far (A) to Abyssinia. They returned to Medina in 7 AH (628-9 CE). Ja’far (A) was later martyred in the Battle of Mu’tah in 8 AH (629 CE).

After his death, she married Abu Bakr and gave birth to Muhammad b. Abi Bakr (A) during the Farewell Hajj (10 AH / 632 CE). She was present at the Prophet’s (s) deathbed during his final illness.

After Abu Bakr’s death, she married Imam Ali (A). According to al-Kalbi, she had two children with him: Yahya and Awn. Yahya died in childhood.

Her mother was Umm Kulthum al-Sughra, the younger daughter of Imam Ali (A).

Hamida married her cousin Abdullah ibn Muhammad ibn Aqil (A), the son of Zaynab al-Sughra, another daughter of Imam Ali (A). This blessed union produced five children: Qasim, Aqil, Ali, Tahir, and Ibrahim.

Hamida (S) was buried in Bab al-Saghir, and her shrine is considered authentic, being documented and confirmed in numerous early Sunni primary sources.

Iran’s ballistic missiles struck the Israeli Nevatim Air Base in the al-Naqab desert, the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) reported on Sunday. The agency said Israeli jets took off from Nevatim to conduct the attack on the Iranian Consulate on April 1.

Nevatim Air Base is located 15 km southeast of Beersheba, about 1,100 km away from the western borders of Iran, and 16 km away from Dimona – believed to be home to Israel’s nuclear weapons program.

It is one of Israel’s largest bases, with reportedly four different length runways.

Stealth fighter jets, transport aircraft, tanker aircraft, electronic reconnaissance/surveillance craft, Israeli Air Force One (a converted Boeing 767 for international visits by Israel’s president and prime minister), and F-35I Adir (“The Mighty One”) fighter jets are stationed at the base.

The 122 Squadron “Nachshon” at the base operates several configurations of Gulfstream jets used for electronic reconnaissance and surveillance.

In March 2024, the US Air Force announced that its F-35 stealth jets were certified for use with B61-12 atomic bombs. This triggered speculation that Israel’s F-35I Adir could be capable of transporting and dropping Israeli nuclear weapons, and whether such weapons could be stored at Nevatim.

In 2008, the US purportedly deployed an early warning anti-missile radar system operated by a permanent 120-strong US Army staff at the Nevatim base.
