In a message, H.E. Mohseni Ejei, the Head of the Judiciary, expressed condolences for the martyrdom of two prominent and well-regarded judges, Hojjatoleslam Ali Razini and Mohammad Moqiseh, in the terrorist attack.

The martyrdom of two distinguished, revolutionary, and committed judges of the Judiciary, Hujjat ul-Islaam Ali Razini and Mohammad Moqiseh, in the terrorist incident on Saturday has brought mourning and sorrow to all the servants of the Islamic Republic in the Judiciary.

These two martyr judges, throughout their long years of service in the Judiciary, were always at the forefront of achieving justice and securing the rights of the oppressed from the unjust, criminals, and wrongdoers. They never wavered in prosecuting and punishing terrorists, spies, murderers, and those threatening citizens’ security. These two martyr judges were decisive, courageous, and direct in their judicial duties, which made them disliked by the corrupt and hypocrites.

Martyrs Razini and Moqiseh were truly faithful to the Islamic Revolution and the school of the Revolution’s leaders, and they were real servants of the people. Through their firm rulings against terrorists, whose hands were stained with the blood of innocent Iranian people, they were always the target of hatred and malice from the enemies.

Without a doubt, martyrdom is the highest and most honored end, and it is a great reward granted by Almighty God to Razini and Moqiseh. May God unite their purified souls with His chosen ones.

I extend my heartfelt condolences to the esteemed families, friends, colleagues in the Judiciary, and to the dear people of Iran on the martyrdom of these two revolutionary and sincere judges.

• The Palestinian resistance and people have thwarted Israel's dangerous plans. The great sacrifices they made and their legendary steadfastness are indicators of their capability and resilience in reclaiming their land. Their perseverance today lays the foundation for a better future.

• The people have emerged with dignity, the resistance remains armed, and Hamas, alongside the Qassam Brigades, has proven its leadership and steadfastness in resistance. With them, Islamic Jihad and the Al-Quds Brigades continue to contribute, joined by all factions of the resistance, honorable individuals, and fighters. Congratulations to the Palestinian people, the people of Gaza, and the resistance on this agreement, which has not changed since its initial proposal in May 2024. • We have endured violations to give the Lebanese state a chance to address this agreement, along with its international sponsors. However, I urge you not to test our patience. I also call on the Lebanese state to act firmly against the hundreds of violations that cannot continue. The agreement is strictly confined to the area south of the Litani River.

• We emerged, by God’s grace, with heads held high and weapons in the hands of the resistance. Resolution 1701 is a general framework, while discussions on utilizing the resistance and its weapons are part of a national defense strategy to safeguard Lebanon's strength, sovereignty, and independence. No one will be allowed to exploit the results of this aggression for internal political gains, as the political path remains separate from the status of the resistance.
