🇮🇷 Breaking | Terrorist Attack in Tehran Claims Lives of Two Senior Judges:

Iranian judges Hojjatoleslam Mohammad Moqiseh and Hojjatoleslam Ali Razini were assassinated in a premeditated terrorist attack at the Supreme Court building in downtown Tehran. The incident has drawn significant attention due to the high-profile nature of the victims, who were recognized for their efforts in combating national security threats, espionage, and terrorism.

According to the Judiciary Media Center, the attacker entered the Supreme Court building and targeted the two judges in a deliberate act of terror. A bodyguard of the judges was injured during the assault. The gunman attempted to flee but committed suicide shortly afterward. Preliminary investigations have found no connection between the attacker and past cases handled by the Supreme Court.

Hujjat al-Islam wal-Muslimeen Ali Razini, 71, served as the head of Branch 39 of the Supreme Court and had survived a 1998 assassination attempt when a magnetic bomb was planted on his vehicle. Hujjat al-Islam wal-Muslimeen Mohammad Moqiseh, head of Branch 53, was similarly recognized for his extensive work in cases involving terrorism and espionage.

This attack follows a year of intensified efforts by Iran’s judiciary to dismantle espionage networks and terrorist factions affiliated with external powers such as the United States, Israel, and the Mujahedin Khalq Organization (MKO). The Judiciary’s spokesman, Asghar Jahangir, remarked that these efforts likely contributed to the growing resentment from enemies, leading to this violent retaliation.

The judiciary has vowed to thoroughly investigate the attack, identify those responsible, and ensure their apprehension. Investigations are underway to determine the motivations behind the attack and the potential involvement of external actors.

Tasnim News Agency cited the Judiciary Media Center, which stated:
“This morning, an armed infiltrator carried out a premeditated attack in the Supreme Court, targeting two courageous and experienced judges. These martyrs were known for their revolutionary stance against those threatening public security. Immediately after the attack, efforts were made to apprehend the individual, but he quickly committed suicide. Investigations continue to identify all those behind this terrorist act.”

Authorities have emphasized that this terrorist act explains the challenges faced by Iran in combating threats to national security. Further updates on the investigation will be provided as they become available.

🟢 Breaking | Hamas:

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

On the Occupation Government's Approval of the Ceasefire Agreement in Gaza.

Al-Aqsa Flood Battle showcased the unity of our great people with their victorious resistance and shattered the arrogance of the enemy.

This battle brought us closer to the end of the occupation, liberation, and return, by Allah’s will.

We forced the occupation to halt its aggression against our people and withdraw, despite Netanyahu's attempts to prolong the war and commit further massacres.

The occupation failed to achieve its aggressive goals and succeeded only in committing war crimes that disgrace humanity.

The blood of our martyrs from this genocide war will not be wasted or forgotten. The enemy’s leaders and soldiers will be pursued and held accountable for their crimes, no matter how long it takes.

The urgent duty now is to immediately begin lifting the siege, providing relief, sheltering our people, tending to their wounds, facilitating the return of the displaced, and initiating reconstruction and rebuilding. This has been a priority for our leadership since day one.

The Humanitarian Aid Protocol, agreed upon under the supervision of mediators, ensures the implementation of relief, shelter, and reconstruction measures.

🇮🇷 Breaking | Condolence Message from the Head of the Judiciary Following the Martyrdom of Shaheed Ali Razini and Mohammad Moqiseh:

In a message, H.E. Mohseni Ejei, the Head of the Judiciary, expressed condolences for the martyrdom of two prominent and well-regarded judges, Hojjatoleslam Ali Razini and Mohammad Moqiseh, in the terrorist attack.

The martyrdom of two distinguished, revolutionary, and committed judges of the Judiciary, Hujjat ul-Islaam Ali Razini and Mohammad Moqiseh, in the terrorist incident on Saturday has brought mourning and sorrow to all the servants of the Islamic Republic in the Judiciary.

These two martyr judges, throughout their long years of service in the Judiciary, were always at the forefront of achieving justice and securing the rights of the oppressed from the unjust, criminals, and wrongdoers. They never wavered in prosecuting and punishing terrorists, spies, murderers, and those threatening citizens’ security. These two martyr judges were decisive, courageous, and direct in their judicial duties, which made them disliked by the corrupt and hypocrites.

Martyrs Razini and Moqiseh were truly faithful to the Islamic Revolution and the school of the Revolution’s leaders, and they were real servants of the people. Through their firm rulings against terrorists, whose hands were stained with the blood of innocent Iranian people, they were always the target of hatred and malice from the enemies.

Without a doubt, martyrdom is the highest and most honored end, and it is a great reward granted by Almighty God to Razini and Moqiseh. May God unite their purified souls with His chosen ones.

I extend my heartfelt condolences to the esteemed families, friends, colleagues in the Judiciary, and to the dear people of Iran on the martyrdom of these two revolutionary and sincere judges.

🇾🇪 Breaking | Statement from the Yemeni Armed Forces regarding the implementation of a military operation targeting the so-called Israeli Defense Ministry in the occupied Jaffa area with a “ZulFiqar” ballistic missile. The missile hit its target with high accuracy, thanks be to God.

[This Yemeni attack on the Israeli Defense Ministry sends a direct message to all of Israel about the readiness of the resistance factions to defend Gaza at any time. The ceasefire will be respected only if Israelis uphold their commitments. If Israel continues bombing relentlessly before the ceasefire is implemented, Yemen will take action in response. This also demonstrates that the ceasefire was not requested by the resistance but was instead begged for by Israel.]

🇱🇧 Report | The Deputy Head of Hezbollah's Political Council, former Minister Mahmoud Qomati:

•"There is an atmosphere of optimism within ongoing communications."
•"We have never closed the door to any country. Lebanon should open up to both the East and the West, not limit itself solely to the West."
•"We are ready to cooperate with everyone, build the state, work for the citizen, start reconstruction, sheltering, restoration, and building institutions, and ensure separation of powers and power rotation to build the nation with all our partners."
•"We are welcoming, understanding of Lebanon’s internal situation, and focused on strengthening the state to serve citizens, with no issues with individuals."
•"Hezbollah is committed to the resistance because it is Lebanon's strength."
•"We are also committed to partnership with the Lebanese army, with whom we fought side by side to liberate the outskirts from takfiri terrorism and protect Lebanon."

🟡 Report | Hezbollah General Secretary Shaykh Naim Qassim (H):

• The Palestinian resistance and people have thwarted Israel's dangerous plans. The great sacrifices they made and their legendary steadfastness are indicators of their capability and resilience in reclaiming their land. Their perseverance today lays the foundation for a better future.

• The people have emerged with dignity, the resistance remains armed, and Hamas, alongside the Qassam Brigades, has proven its leadership and steadfastness in resistance. With them, Islamic Jihad and the Al-Quds Brigades continue to contribute, joined by all factions of the resistance, honorable individuals, and fighters. Congratulations to the Palestinian people, the people of Gaza, and the resistance on this agreement, which has not changed since its initial proposal in May 2024. This demonstrates the resistance’s steadfastness and its ability to achieve its goals, while Israel failed to accomplish its own.

• History will record, just as the battlefield has, the sacrifices and contributions of those who supported Gaza in breaking the Israeli enemy's plans.

• Lebanon has offered immense sacrifices through Hezbollah, Amal, and the Lebanese people. Lebanon presented the leader of martyrs, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah (may God be pleased with him), along with Sayyed Hashem Safieddine (may God be pleased with him), as well as heroic leaders, martyrs, wounded fighters, and captives. All of this was in solidarity with Gaza and in defiance of aggression against Lebanon.

• To those dreaming of hostility: resistance in Lebanon will remain unyielding against the American-Israeli project. It is enduring, strong, ready, and loyal to the blood of martyrs, committed to liberating Palestine and the land.

• We have endured violations to give the Lebanese state a chance to address this agreement, along with its international sponsors. However, I urge you not to test our patience. I also call on the Lebanese state to act firmly against the hundreds of violations that cannot continue. The agreement is strictly confined to the area south of the Litani River.

• We emerged, by God’s grace, with heads held high and weapons in the hands of the resistance. Resolution 1701 is a general framework, while discussions on utilizing the resistance and its weapons are part of a national defense strategy to safeguard Lebanon's strength, sovereignty, and independence. No one will be allowed to exploit the results of this aggression for internal political gains, as the political path remains separate from the status of the resistance.
