The imperialist power of America has weakened and continues to weaken further — I will explain this shortly — and so have certain European countries. This is one of the defining aspects of the transformation.

Another key aspect of this transformation is the emergence of new regional and global powers. New powers are rising, either as regional or global players. This is indeed part of the transformation.

We said that America is weakening, and so are the Western imperialist powers. This is not a slogan but a reality, and it is a fact that they themselves acknowledge. They admit that the indicators of U.S. dominance in the world are declining.

What indicators? For example, the economy. One of the most important signs of U.S. power was its strong economy, which they now admit is declining.

Another factor was their ability to interfere in governments. The U.S. used to intervene in various governments, but today this ability is fading. The Europeans are also experiencing this decline, in different ways. You can hear this clearly in the press, radio, television, and global news. They confess it themselves.

One of the symbols of U.S. power was their ability to change governments. Pay attention! This is important.

At one point, the U.S. sent an agent to Iran with a suitcase full of dollars. The name of this agent is recorded and widely known: Kermit Roosevelt. This is not a secret — it was hidden back then but has since been revealed. They sent him with a briefcase full of money, and through a coup, such as the August 19, 1953 coup (28 Mordad Coup), jointly planned by the U.S. and UK, he distributed the money among thugs and various individuals, leading to the overthrow of Mossadegh’s government.

The situation in Europe is not much better.

You are hearing about the current events in Africa. Countries that were under French influence are now rising one after another against France, overthrowing its puppet governments. The people are leading these uprisings, even if the military is involved, the people support them.

In summary, the Western powers, with America at the top and then Europe, no longer hold their former dominance. They are on a path of decline, and this weakness is increasing daily.
