• We possess undisclosed capabilities and stand shoulder to shoulder with the armed forces, defending the homeland. The citizen has the right to feel safe with the presence of these forces.

• We pledge to the martyr leaders, Hajj Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis, and the guest of Iraq, Hajj Qassim Soleimani, who gave his soul, heart, spirit, and mind to this cause, contributing to the creation of models of ultimate sacrifice. The presence of non-Iraqi figures added a profound human value to the Popular Mobilization Forces.
