(According to the Ministry’s scenario, Azerbaijan sells millions of tons of oil to Israel every month, Israel pays for it, we act as intermediaries and receive a commission, but BP and SOCAR, acting kindly, do not carry out the delivery. The oil has been sitting in our ports for months.)
