The Israeli occupation army has committed another massacre by bombing “Al-Mufti” School for displaced people in Al-Nusseirat Camp. This attack resulted in 22 martyrs, including 15 children, a woman, and 80 injuries.

The army knew the school was sheltering thousands of displaced people, mainly women and children, but bombed it despite this. This raises the total number of bombed displacement centers to 191, housing hundreds of thousands of displaced people.

The ongoing violence has worsened the health crisis, with Al-Aqsa Martyrs’ Hospital overwhelmed and unable to provide adequate services due to overcrowding and continuous injuries.

🇺🇸 Report | America enters the war: Officers join the Beirut station to weaken the Resistance internally | CIA involved in the assassination attempt of Wafiq Safa?

Three senior officials in official security agencies confirmed that Western entities, led by the United States, have been in daily intensive communication with all Lebanese military and security forces since the start of the open war between Lebanon and the Israeli enemy. These officials told Al-Akhbar that the content of these communications “focuses on gathering information and assessments, not about the potential direct danger to Western interests in Lebanon, but rather about the leadership structure within Hezbollah following the assassination of the party’s Secretary-General, Martyr Sayyid Hasan Nasrallah, and efforts to collect information about changes in leadership and military structure.”

One of these officials noted that the American side was particularly interested in whether Hezbollah “still communicates with Lebanese military, security, and executive forces after the war, and inquired about the form and content of these communications.”

The same official revealed a recent development: “On Thursday, the 10th of this month, an American security team of 15 officers from the CIA arrived at Beirut Airport. They were transported in an armored convoy without license plates to the U.S. Embassy in Awkar.” He explained that the team “joined the working group based in one of the embassy’s wings in Beirut, assisting in managing the Beirut station, which includes 12 main officers, along with others specializing in areas such as recruiting and managing agents, gathering intelligence through technical means, and analyzing data requested by the embassy for reasons framed as counter-terrorism or counter-narcotics and money laundering.”

Another official familiar with the file confirmed that “the Lebanese station of U.S. intelligence has undergone significant changes in the last decade, with the nature of meetings held now different from the past. The most recent change was the appointment of Sherry Baker as the new head of the Beirut station. She previously participated in meetings with Lebanese security officials who visited Washington at official invitations.” The official mentioned he is aware of “five work visits by Lebanese officers of various ranks to the United States, where they held meetings with U.S. intelligence officials at their headquarters in Langley.”

New Critical Developments:

A dangerous new factor has emerged from ongoing investigations into the activities of U.S. intelligence groups in Lebanon. One of the three officials revealed that “Hezbollah leadership recently requested Wafiq Safa, head of the Liaison and Coordination Committee with Lebanese military and security forces, to communicate with some of these officials regarding matters related to the ongoing war.” He explained that “these communications occurred despite Hezbollah’s awareness that merely making a phone call could pose a security risk to Safa.” This was confirmed when the Israeli enemy carried out an “urgent airstrike” in Beirut, with reports emerging that Safa was the target. Hezbollah later clarified that these reports were false.

The same official stated that “resistance suspicions grew after this attack regarding American involvement in the war, with the assessment that U.S. intelligence had a direct role in the assassination attempt on Safa.” He added, “What strengthens these suspicions is that all global intelligence agencies operating in Lebanon, including Israeli intelligence, know well that Safa has no role in Hezbollah’s military apparatus and is merely an executive responsible for liaising with Lebanese security and military agencies, making it unlikely for the enemy to target him solely as a high-priority military figure.”

He concluded, “The enemy does not object to assassinating Safa, seeing him as one of Sayyid Nasrallah’s aides, likely carrying out the operation for the Americans’ benefit.
