- The event began with a landing operation behind the lines west of Erez, carried out by the Al-Qassam Brigades, where the resistance fighters penetrated the border and fired anti-armor missiles towards israeli vehicles.

- After this event ended, a rain of mortar shells fell on Erez and other areas around the Gaza Strip.
