We, in the Hamas movement, condemn the statements made by American Secretary of State Blinken and his attempt to blame Hamas for obstucting reaching an agreement.
Blinken's statements have no connection to reality and contradict the reality that Hamas has shown flexibility more than once to facilitate reaching an agreement to stop the war of genocide and aggression against our people. We have repeatedly faced the stubbornness and procrastination of Netanyahu and his government, who place obstacles and hurdles in front of the agreement, and seek to prolong their frenzied war against our people, and the cause of the occupation's prisoners is not among their priorities.
The demands of Hamas and the resistance have been clear from the first day and are the same ones presented during last March, which were welcomed by all parties and mediators.
