⚠️ According to reliable information, it has been established that Ukrainian special services in Nikolaev have organized the preparation of video clips of allegedly destroyed private households and local residents left homeless as a result of shelling by the Russian Armed Forces.

▫️More than 40 actors were involved in the staged video filming and all participants were paid cash reward of $25.

▫️In the future, the staged footage will be distributed in the Ukrainian and Western media, accusing the Russian Armed Forces of indiscriminate strikes against civilian targets.

▫️Once again we emphasise to the entire international community that such fakes, cultivated by the Ukrainian "lie factory" at the order of Western curators, do not contain reliable and objective information.

❗️The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation treat civilians extremely humanely and do not strike at civilian infrastructure.

⚠️ In addition, according to reliable information, the Kiev regime is preparing another provocation in Odessa for accusing Russian Armed Forces of assassination civilians (including minors) and deliberate destroying civilian infrastructure using cluster munitions prohibited by international agreements.

▫️ In order to implement this provocation, up to 20 representatives of foreign mass media, as well as employees of the United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF) had been transported to Odessa from June 26 to 28, 2022.

▫️ In case of attacks launched by units of Russian Armed Forces at the bases of Ukrainian armed groups, the military administration of Odessa region plans to simulate the destruction of a social facility where a crowd of actors (up to 30 anti-Russian activists) have been prepared to play the role of murdered and wounded people.

▫️ All the participants of the staged scenes are to be paid 500 USD, while each of them has already been paid 100 USD in advance.

❗️ We warn the international society and organisations that this and other similar fakes about the alleged atrocities of the Russians fabricated by Ukrainian authorities with support of western supervisors are planned to be widespread in mass media. We emphasise again that the Russian Federation Armed Forces do not launch attacks at civilian infrastructure facilities and treat civilians with an exclusive humanity during the special military operation.

⚠️ We continue to record criminal acts by Kiev regime against civilian population of Ukraine and republics of Donbass:

🔹 in Kramatorsk, Donetsk People's Republic, in the school №35, in the private residential buildings, AFU personnel, mercenaries and Azov militants have deployed strongpoints, sniper positions, armoured and mortar positions, while local residents remain detained in the basements;

🔹 in Kharkov, in the technological lyceum №9, militants of Ukrainian armed groups have deployed barracks, armoured equipment, artillery and MRLS;

🔹 in Slavyansk, Donetsk People's Republic, in the art lyceum, AFU units have deployed their armoured equipment, long-range artillery and MRLS, the approaches to the lyceum have been mined, but local population has been intentionally left uninformed;

🔹 in Nikolayev, in the school №51, Territorial Defence units have deployed their munitions depots and armoured equipment.
