Это все лишний раз показывает, что система ценностей, по крайней мере в некоторых властных структурах #Америки, сильно расшатана.

The #Karabagh issue is primarily a struggle for democracy and human rights.
The Armenian people have made and continue to make a very big contribution to the development of America. What, the Armenians of the United States made a smaller contribution than #Azerbaijan and #Turkey? So many US states have recognized the independence of #Artsakh, so many #congressmen are fighting for our rights - for human rights and democratic values. How to be with them? All this once again shows that the system of values, at least in some of the power structures of America, is greatly shaken.

Мы реалисты и хорошо знаем #Азербайджан, как в практической, так и в теоретической плоскостях. Сейчас Азербайджан рассматривает нас как народ, не достойный даже иметь свое государство, как он может с нами идти на переговоры на равных, тем более, что за ним по-братски, по-матерински стоит #Турция. Для #Арцах/а неприемлемо нахождение в составе Азербайджана, и такого рода предложения мы не принимаем, вне зависимости от того, кто нам это предлагает. Мы, в отличие от некоторых, проармянские силы, а не рабы тех или иных векторов, обслуживающих чужие интересы.

We are realists and we know #Azerbaijan well, both in practical and theoretical realms. Now Azerbaijan considers us as a people who are not even worthy of having their own state, how can it negotiate with us on an equal footing, especially since #Turkey is fraternally, maternally behind it. Being a part of Azerbaijan is unacceptable for #Artsakh, and we do not accept such proposals, regardless of who offers it to us. We, unlike some, are pro-#Armenian forces, and not slaves of certain vectors serving foreign interests.

Любое состоявшееся и нормальное государство должно уделять особое внимание профессионалам, особенно, кадровым профессионалам. В нашем случае очень важно создать группу экспертов, занимающихся #Азербайджан/ом и #Турцией, и вопрос не в том, кто будет руководить ими. Кадровый потенциал нужно использовать в любой стране, особенно в таких малых странах, как наша, где требуется время для подготовки дипломатов и других специалистов высокого уровня.

Any effective and normal state should pay special attention to professionals, especially personnel professionals. In our case, it is very important form a group of experts specializing on #Azerbaijan and #Turkey, and the question is not who will lead them. Personnel potential should be used in any country, especially in such small countries as ours, where it takes time to train diplomats and other high-level specialists.
