All whilst American "allies" bicker over in a bipartisan way, the wearing of cloth facial coverings.
I gave up on writing to the Ministry of Health asking for some scientific references, meeting minutes or data to support the restrictions.
Even asking for PCR cycles I gave up on getting from the Ministry. I obtained it myself from the lab, 40 cycles. i.e. the great majority of people "positive" were in fact non-infectious.

"The police, crime, sentencing and courts bill would give police in England and Wales more power to impose conditions on peaceful protests, including those they deem to be too noisy or a nuisance to the community. Those convicted under the laws would be liable for fines or even jail terms." - yeah no problem, just another massive assault on democracy, hence the Bristol protests.

This sounds dystopian ("20th of March, Anti-lockdown Protest, London").
One of the strangest sights of my entire life was y/day.
The center of the city (Ljubljana) was full of people. However there's still curfews, bars and restaurants etc. closed, limited access to shops.
So since the sunny weather came, people brought their own alcohol etc. and sat in the center as there is nowhere else to go.
So you saw masses of people sitting outside, during the day drinking etc., all whilst the shops/restaurants around them sit idle, go bankrupt etc. in the city center.
Was just so weird seeing people packed together, socialising, drinking out of cans etc. all whilst the shops/bars/restaurants were eerily empty/quiet either side.

LOTS of things have remained opened throughout, illegally. So instead of a haircut in a spacious salon, people get crammed together in a blacked out shipping container to get an "illegal" haircut.
Ditto with women and beauty treatments. Getting the nails done has been an underground activity since Oct.
Ditto with bars, you now need a connection to get in and get locked in until late so you end up drunk, even if you wanted a couple of drinks.

BBC and Sky News report "hundreds" of protesters (20th of March, Anti-lockdown Protest, London).
I tried for weeks last year to get the local population to revolt against the curfews and outdoor masks and closures. I stood alone in the center of the center of first night of curfew. I walked for hours each night after curfew. I walked outdoors all the time with no mask on or a party mask.
I could not get local population traction on ideological grounds i.e. assault on democracy. But then women did not want their roots black, or broken nails again like lockdown 1. So some women started getting "illegal" beauty treatments, around 1/5. But because the 1/5 were getting beauty treatments, another 3/5 joined in, so it meant that 4/5 women in Ljubljana were breaking the laws, which then meant men could also get "illegal haircuts" etc. Which then meant the entire thing has been totally undermined since start of Nov. But here I am almost April, restrictions still in place.

I decided that the mask was maybe too comical and that a Bane mask would scare local population to think.
I had it in my bag in case anyone complained.
I was standing at a bakery outdoors discussing a birthday cake for my daughter when two old ladies came up and one said I must wear a mask (outdoors), so I said fine with a smile and said no problem, and then dug into my bag and placed Bane on my face and then continued talking to the baker. The two old ladies stood frozen, 100% unsure how to react, if to be happy I complied, or if to be terrified or something else undecided.

Shopping as a duck back in July to protest at the outdoor mask mandate.
Was even funnier entering the bank.
