— Sunday 12AM UTC - Next Week Lottery open and prizes announced, Lottery ticket counts bought from previous week’s Friday 12AM UTC to current week’s Thursday 11:59 PM UTC.

🎙New Lottery rules effective next lottery & beyond 🎙

— 50% of your lottery tickets from previous week will carry over to the next
(i.e. 100 tickets Week 1 = 100 Tickets -> Week 2 = 50 Tickets -> Week 3 = 25 Tickets, etc)

— Utilizing the LP Farm will no longer make you ineligible for the lottery.

— Transferring Dripto from one wallet to another will now count lottery tickets for the destination wallet. i.e. Transfer Dripto from Wallet A to B. Wallet A is considered a sell(invalid tickets) and B is considered as Buy – (DRYP value after tax is counted for tickets).

⁉️ What does this mean for Future Lotteries? ⁉️

— This approach means that those that buy DRYP will now get way more value and incentive to buy/hold/stake. Tickets from your previous week now carries over at 50% so you don’t have to sell your tokens to get more lottery tickets. Additionally those that buy DRYP can also farm + stake to get even more benefits.

The Future of Dripto

After much deliberation and consultation, we have decided to halt trading as we migrate over to a different chain, effective immediately.

This move is essential to protecting Dripto’s immediate and long-term sustainability. As for our future plan, we aim to migrate over to a chain with investors that align with our long term goals.

We believe our ecosystem will be favored in this different chain with Dripto’s roadmap and goal to forever revolutionize ecommerce and streetwear culture. Accomplishing a herculean effort like this takes time and this move gives us the best shot at success moving forward.

Liquidity will be unlocked on April 23, 2022, at which point we will unpair $DRYP from BNB.

There are two options for refunds, both based on the amount of $DRYP held at the time of locked trading:
Receive BNB. The amount refunded is dependent on the BNB recovered by Dripto from unpairing liquidity.
Receive $DRYP. The amount refunded will be the exact equivalent of $DRYP holdings at the time of locked trading.

Dear Dripto community, I'd like to shed light on the recent events with our project through a FAQ style detailing. I hope this provides you some insight into our decision making process.

Why not stick with BSC?
Low gas fees were one of the main benefits of our platform living in BSC & we decided to move forward with a BSC launch as this was a space that myself and the team were familiar with. After a week from launch, we realized that ETH would be a better fit for our product and long-term goals. We needed to make a swift and decisive action to ensure long-term success. Here are some main reasons in making the switch to Ethereum:

-ETH Total value locked (TVL) increased 20% since last May — this network is stable with a growing userbase/circulating money. The historic trend for this network seems to be growing in value. Current TVL: $124 billion

-BSC Total value locked (TVL) is nearly negative 300% since last May — this network has been declining in users and circulating money. The historic trend for this network seems to be decreasing in value with no signs of stark recovery. Current TVL: $13 billion

***Why is TVL important:
"The TVL shows how much money is locked in DeFi protocols and thus helps to get a clear view of the overall health of the DeFi market. It is a type of DeFi adoption indicator. TVL also is an effective metric to compare the market share of different DeFi protocols"

With nearly a 10x TVL value, our marketplace and platform will reach a larger audience along with increased potential to have more money and volume flowing through our ecosystem on Ethereum. From a platform compatibility perspective (low gas fees), the BSC chain seemed to be a good fit but the fact is that BSC is a declining network with a sub-par reputation. We can go roundabouts with speculation if utilities were delivered that it would have made a huge reversal on our chart and that there is a chance that Dripto could have thrived in the BSC space, but a real usecase such as Dripto’s has much more long-term potential on ETH. The marketing funds are much better spent on the ETH network. I also believe that our product would be better received from an ETH audience.


Why was bridging not considered?
Focusing on one network to build our platform and audience would give us the best chance of success.

Why consider CRO?
There is a huge dependency — this is only to be considered IF we onboard into the CRO Incubation program. This program will give us a grant needed to focus on development and growing without worrying too much about our runrate. It also gives us immense exposure and credibility, essentially having a stamp of approval from crypto.com themselves and access into their resource pool. We still prefer ETH and would rather bridge to CRO even with a grant.

Will high gas fees impact our utilities?
We are implementing various ways to workaround ETH gas fees. Currently looking at integrating a layer-2 scalability engine on ETH mainnet to reduce gas fees needed to purchase/sell on our platform. Furthermore, we will accept stable coin from other networks such as BSC along with other accessible cryptos such as Bitcoin, Doge, etc.

I understand there are different approaches when it came to halting trading and relaying communication about our ETH migration, however we believe how these recent events were conducted were the most fair for the general investor. Nothing has changed aside from us living in a different chain — our vision and product remains the same and our passion to deliver continues to grow.

Moving forward, the team and myself will conduct regularly scheduled AMAs and updates. As for marketing, we will be changing our strategies and look to onboard a marketer with experience in ETH that aligns with our goals. Over the past couple days, our core team has ran intense brainstorming sessions to improve our ecosystem and bring another innovative concept that aims to merge real products with digital assets. Hey Drip Fam, as you all know today is the last day to complete the migration form! We will be closing off submissions at 12AM PT. Once the form is closed here is what you can expect:

- Allow a week for us to finalize and calculate the migration details.
- On Wednesday we will share the migration details and by Friday(4/22) we will reimburse those that chose not to migrate to ETH.
- Those that did not complete the migration form, will be migrated over to ETH as well.

Note, for that that have LP paired/stuck on Knightswap, come April 23rd I will unpair LP from PCS/KS and then allow you to unpair your LP afterwords. If you have LP paired and have not DMed me already, DM me so we can whitelist your wallet to be able to do so.
