Over 11 months, the value of the commodity basket has increased by nearly 10%, mainly due to:
• Gold +59.5%
• Silver +116.51%

As a result, the price of the flatcoin DFC has risen by 9.95% in less than a year. We don’t rule out fluctuations in the future, some commodities did decrease in price during this period. Still, we are confident that the chosen model remains sustainable, and in the long term, commodities will continue to grow in value against the dollar.

• Soon we will launch an auction for the buyback of RLE governance tokens using the surplus from the stabilization fund (CDP contract).

🔥 THE RLE BUYBACK AUCTION HAS STARTED!
Earn up to 68% and contribute to the stability of the system!

Throughout 2025, the team has been issuing DFC tokens. As a result, by the end of the year, a surplus of DFC flatcoins has accumulated in the project's stabilization fund. The Dotflat system mechanics are designed to trigger a buyback auction followed by the burning of RLE governance tokens in such a case (we explained how this works in detail in this post: https://t.iss.one/dotflat/37).

Therefore, we are proud to announce today that the buyback auction is officially open!

▫️The essence of the auction:
• 611.24 DFC (approx. $709 at the current DFC rate of $1.16) is up for auction.
• Participants bid by stating how many RLE tokens they are willing to sell for this amount.
• The highest bid wins (whoever offers the *most RLE* for these DFC).
• All RLE tokens received during the auction will be burned — reducing the circulating supply of RLE and thus increasing the value of the remaining tokens.

Why is this profitable? You have a chance to earn up to 68% by selling your RLE tokens.
The opening bid has already been placed at 80 RLE. The size of the next possible bid is 84 RLE.
💚 If this becomes the winning bid, then:
• The winner will receive $709 (in DFC) for 84 tokens.
• The effective sale price would be ~$8.44 per RLE.
• With a presale purchase price of $5, this represents a yield of ~68% in less than a year! 💰

▫️How to participate?
• You must have RLE tokens on the Ethereum network.
• Connect your wallet (e.g., MetaMask) to beta.app.dotflat.io.
• Go to the "Auctions" section and select "Rule buyout 611.24".
• Enter the amount of RLE for your bid (not less than the indicated "next bid") and approve the auction contract to access the tokens.
• Click "Make a bid" and confirm the transaction.

▫️Important rules:
• The minimum bid increment is 5% of the previous bid.
• The auction ends if there are no new bids for 15 minutes. The winner can then finalize it and claim the prize (DFC).
• If your bid is outbid, you can withdraw it to get your RLE back, or improve it ("Improve Bid").
• Each new or improved bid resets the timer by +15 minutes.

▫️This is a win-win situation:
• The auction winner — receives DFC with high yield.
• All RLE holders — benefit from the reduced token supply due to the token burn.
