Roman Zubarev, a former paratrooper, sustained serious shrapnel injuries while shielding a friend with his body on the Special Military Operation frontline. After the hospital, Roman started preparing to return to the SMO zone once again. However, the doctors deemed Sergeant Zubarev unfit for service and granted him disability status. It was hard to get used to it, but one day changed everything. Roman saw that a child's body was stuck between the rocks in the river, he quickly assessed the situation and saved the girl. Since then Roman has found a new purpose in life and helps other injured veterans adjust to peaceful life.
