Earlier this morning (around 9AM UTC), someone attempted to bot the giveaway with approximately 1,000 accounts. We detected and banned over 700 of them, and thankfully, not a single bot was selected as a winner.
We've learned our lesson. Next time, we'll have more secure requirements in place to prevent this from happening again.
