- cardio is never enough
- be hungry like a shark
- find something more then your love for sport, worth to fight for
- if you think you're being good, don't allow your fighting skills to be better then being a man every day in everything you do
- put faith in the Creator
- acknowledge your fallibility
- being able to be beaten up is important as being able to beat up someone
And most importantly, you can't get PTSD if you are the traumatic event

We are often surrounded by beauty, but blinded by the machine.
Seeking happiness right now in this modern era is often synonym of seeking inhibition.
Instead , seek what is majestic and remember you're doing something for the sake of the beautiful things surrounding you.

Some of my last Warhammer 40k artwork.
Luckily , I didn't let my spark of creativity die.
For commissions as paintings and illustrations I'm always available.
There is some sort of morbid fascination we have with the most grim lores our mind can creates. It's rare if not impossible to find or create a positive lore where the tones and vibes are bright and soft.
It's a good symptom, if we look closely at the current era and what is happening around the world : we refuse to surrender even in our escapism.
There will be always a world full of impossible odds, demons, orcs or vampires in our minds. And always someone that will stand against it.
Don't lost your imagination, instead, create and tell stories of heroes and villains. They can't kill your creativity.

Every time you feel crushed or mocked, use it as a chance to practice the art of not ending up in prison for the rest of your life.
Find instead the will to carry the pain and let it define you, for true happiness lies only in the acknowledgement of strife and pain.
I will never stop to say it: the most important thing I learnt through bare knuckle boxing, is the appreciation of the small, kind act of peace, for more you feel the pain, more you understand the importance of what you have and what you can build.
Every trauma and victory, loss and tears of your ancestors live within your blood, keep it pure then, keep it clean for worthless entertainment and bitter illusion, instead remember, it's your turn to keep it pure , or even redeem it.
