About sparring.

Do it properly or play.

Yes of course , there is softer sparring and harder sparring but you must always aim to exhaustion.

The warrior mindset will turn on only under extreme pressure. Push yourself toward mistakes and extreme cardio.

Again: in all honestly, the concept of "light sparring " is just bullshit. We all know what happens once you reach four or five 3 minutes rounds.

And that's totally OK.
Let's take this short video:
It is recorder after 10 , 2 min rounds with gloves. Here you clearly see a lot of mistakes. My left foot for example doesn't even work. My left hand should have been much more deadly. My brother's defense is weak on his left hand and he is clearly not thinking enough about a tactic to make me drop my defense. Feet too heavy.

Go toward mistakes through exhaustion and you will fix them.

Again: war is cardio.
Be exhausted.
Spar hard.
Don't complain for wounds.
Shut up.

At the end of the day, only a small, holy circle becomes your whole world.

Tribalism is strictly, mitically connected to quality, therefore devotion, therefore martialism.

Out there , in the holy places where God takes the shape of a predator, we must keep the light alive in the darkest place and in the darkest hour.

We took off gloves. Then shoes.

But why ? The are two possible outcome here. The first one is because of ego, and because of raw dominance and power.

Physical capabilities are deeply bonded with our myths and blood. Think about a rabid berserker shredding his foes, a crusader relying on his endurance and faith to fight hordes of enemies, a soldier holding on because of irrational beliefs and solid physical conditioning.

More you take off from you, literally, more you fight.

This is the true outcome. Fight, destroy, dismantle every structure, and become one with the moment where nothing else but the fight exist.

Think about the myth Valhall for example : a place where you are finally in the same place of the allfafher, drinking the same drink, demolishing yourself everyday in an eternal battle.

A subtle message runs deep here.

To find truth you need to destroy everything, even going through ego remembering you're not doing it to be like Demons and Giants and Titans of the old myth.

But to destroy them, and find truth.
To build a world, joy is needed, and true joy awaits only after true effort.

The only structure able to survive this maggot-ridden world, is family.

The only possible lifestyle to keep it alive, is radical.

The world out there is able to take coherence from you and sell it back under entertainment, products, politics and comfort.

It is almost impossible to be coherent with your personal stance in this world.

But it's ok.
We need motion. No friction, no flame.

Keep the harsh path, defend the land you claim, and stop playing with their rules, answering their comments, watching their shows, listening to their speeches.

Be the one that makes the difference, and no matter how hopeless the war is, no matter how big is the dragon.

Fight the right fight, draw a like and try to be loyal to it.
