But they never ever promote a solution : they only tell you that is ok.
It is not. Telling yourself that every reaction you can have is normal, from an outburst of emotion, to a collapse, to a sexual behavior, and that is also because of your "positive"weakness, it's sic and twisted.
It is to seek protection into weakness itself. Something biologically impossibile.
A wise man knows that everything is temporary, and everything good will flow fast.
Therefore, the wise man hardly feels happy.
The wise man knows how to find happiness in actions of building, sacrifice and pain.

Motivation per se, it's worthless.
You don't need motivation, you need yourself.
If you are lost and weak, no person on this planet can save you, and even if they motivate you, they will not be able to start a fire inside your spirit.
Motivation is a tool, you use it because you want to, because you learn how to handle it, it's not like a drug you need it.
When you accept motivation, it's not about starting a fire into your heart, but to amplify a fire someone else tried to start for you.
It is about making something greater.
No motivation can come without the will to take your life by the throat, and no good changes will come without making a fire greater, a mind kinder, and your arms stronger.
Identify that fire and feed a greater flame.
