Many people write to me on instagram asking about books or training that can help in order to live off the grid or for becoming better men.

There is no book and no training that can make you a better man.

You have all the potential you need.
For sure, inspiration is important.
But it's not essential.
Not me, not a movie, not a podcast will magically make you better.

To wake up is a choice.
This post is even against my interests.
Don't care.

For all of you in need for a better life, a better phisical condition, a better mindset : go out tomorrow morning and change the fucking thing.

Ignore stupidity and worthless conflicts.
Go straight for your target.
Do not hate yourself.
Help who needs.
Stop evilness if you witness it.
Be in control of your emotions.
Train every day the best you can.
Compete.
Be respectful.

The strong one is silent, kind and hard working.

Whoever rants or constantly hides behind sarcasm, is the one who hates himself and will make you hate yourself.

Avoid whoever builds his own personality and cult around being "anti" or because he holds grudges toward something he recognizes as offensive. Seriously.
Don't be that guy.
This is possibly the worst kind of thing you can do.

After 5 harsh rounds of conditioning to legs and abs, today we proceeded with a 13 minutes single round of boxing and knees in clinch, low/medium intensity. Which was still insane, without counting the fact I did it with my coach who is a pro mma champion and pioneer of this sport in Italy.
All is hurting.
It is great.

Keep pushing.
Whatever it takes.
Abandon yourself to whatever will happen.
Train your mind so your body will always recover.

If you want to walk a path of inner research and truth you literally can't have a solid future.

Warriors embrace uncertainty.
Faith is nonsense without uncertainty.

Often people ask me if I respect only strength and I don't give a fuck about weak people, forgiveness or kindness.

Are those things bullshit? It depends on you.

I think that helping weaker people is good and right, unless they want to stay weak. I think kindess and forgiveness are important as much as strength.

But I think those things are important ONLY when you get punched in the face for a long time.

Because raw strength is a teacher. And it teaches you those "worthless things". Because you will need them, if you are passionate about staying alive and well.

Be sure to get punched weekly or even daily. Don't judge who doesn't.

You don't have time to do it, if you want to be strong and solid.
Otherwise you are just a larper.

Make sure everything around you emanates strength.

You are your own hunting ground.
Your territory, your home, your land.

Be sure to have time to take care of its aesthetic, spaces, give it order be sure to know it like you know your own pockets.

Your home is a reflection of your attitudes, skills and personality. It resonates with your intentions and becomes one with your being.

Keep your land strong and it will keeps you stronger.

Ancient myths often talk about the unavoidable fate, what is decided, is decided.

The defeat of Satan, the last battle of the nordic gods, Achille killing Ettore.

Your fate may be already written, therefore every small thing, every pain, every intuition you have , have much more worth.

If you don't have find the will to challenge fate, you will never be able to actually change anything. You will only be guit about the world you hate.

I'm not talking about big stuff.
Not talking about glory or legends.
Stay with your feet on the ground.

I'm talking about your environment, yourself, your wife and kids, even your body.

And if you are conscious about this, and still, you decide not to act, you are even more guilt then the average common man.

Let me tell you about my favorite mythological hero.

When Menelaus was wounded, Diomedes entered a tunnel vision. It was time for a serious stabbing.
He stabbed the hero Eneas first. Aphrodite decided to defend him, Aphrodite get stabbed too.
So Apollo said to Diomedes, dude you're a little stabby, let's talk about it.
Then Diomedes says, well sit the fuck down Sun god, and in order to make the point clear he stabbed Ares, the god of war who went to his father Zeus crying.

We have a hero mortally stabbed, two gods stabbed, a god stabbed in his feelings and at least two dozen Trojans stabbed to death too.

Moral of the story : sometimes, remember that even if your fate is decided, it is always time for a mayhem.
To hell even your feelings and fear: you are mortal. Everything is better for us , because it will end.

I was 8 years old. Outside school I bought a Japanese comic and I decided to join the local karate class because I wanted to become like one of those amazing and powerful characters.
My journey into martial arts started.

In your hands you have an enormous power: a little action, through creativity or other ways, can ignite something that will change lives.

Your life first.
Take care of your creativity and your dreams. Try to put them into action and creation.

We can't really know how many people, through an image, a picture or a random meeting, will change in better thanks to a little seed.

Hate, malice and envy will only destroy you through the illusion of power without action and without risk.

Your legend is not built around who you are but around what you are able to change, create, and sometimes destroy.

Our lives are a constant chain reaction. Be aware of it and act accordingly.

Planning to live in the woods for three months this summer since I will not work (finally).

I will spend this weekend building a shelter and doing what I love most, training, tracking animals in the woods and making this place more comfortable.

From my mother side I came from a long line of people who wanted to live bravely and free but without selling their soul to the Great Dragon which is modern day system of addictive laws.

My grandfafher was basically a gaucho in a romantic sense. He used to own a herd and a land, living selling food and milk to locals hand to hand. He used to live in Australia, riding horses, working hard. His wife, once, spilled cow milk on the police chief desk because his men used to stop her every day while transporting products from their farm.

She's 84 and still attends protests against the cutting of trees in our place of origin, still getting controls by some police officers (how brave).

I'm proud to trying to keep alive my family spirit. But at the same time, we can't live under the shadow of something that is no more.

Keep taking inspiration by your best ancestors, and be brave enough to keep distance from the worst, aknowledge it, if necessary, condemn them. They live in you but you are not them.

I'm not a comic book reader from around my 20ees.

By the way there are a couple of very useful things that Superman reminds me every day since I decided to build a Tribe and live off the grid.

The first one, is that the true identity of Superman is Superman himself. When he acts as Clark Kent, he is just mimicking us humans.

Kal El is what he is, and he is showing the world what he really is. The mask is Clark Kent. The opposite of every super hero or villain.

Why am I saying this retarded dumb thing ? First because I'm not great at explaining things.
But secondly: When I decided to live within a tribe, therefore to act when It's needed , I found my true self through my own dimension.
I don't need to interact with people, I don't need their imposed spectrum of emotions and laws to understand what is wrong and what is right. Being a DDog, wasn't something I needed, it wasn't a rite of passage.

It was to start acting in order to be what I always wanted and felt since I was a kid.

Truth is, if you are struggling to join or form a tribe think twice. Maybe it's what you are. Maybe it's not.

I saw many people failing hard. And I can tell you: there is no way to embrace this kind of life. You are born like this, or you are not. We are not all the same and exactly because of it, you should not mimic something you are not convincing yourself that's your true identity.

It is written. And this is why should take your own path without shame.

But whit time, I also understood that Honor stands before glory. At the end of the story you understand that maybe, the true hero is Jonathan Kent.
