A common regurgitating point in the debate about the future of the Internet is that we are sliding down the world of clankers, where real humans become undistinguishable from robots farming engagements. In other words, the "dead Internet theory". The point of the theory is to throw at you a blackpill that is just "too hard to swallow". We are doomed. The Internet is dead forever. The humans are locked in their designated engagement farms. Connections are impossible anymore, social relationships become a rarity.
So, a dark and gloom future awaits us... And Dead Internet is going to happen. Well, it's both yes and no. Internet will become dead in a sense that it will become an irradiated wasteland where only clankers and roaches can survive. What is going to happen in the physical world meanwhile, is that people with strong minds and personalities will turn back to the underground scene. We are going back to fostering unique cultures and communities. We are going back to offline rewired, with cultures where people have to prove their worth before they can get in. This is the White Pill, because the Black Pill is for losers. White Pill is Faith. White Pill is Love.
