Night one of a two-night private seminar with legendary world champion Helio Soneca.

I won’t bore you with a list of his accomplishments, but if you train and aren’t aware of who he is, definitely worth looking up.

Suffice it to say he’s played an influential role in the development of Jiu-Jitsu here in America.

Watched his recent match with fellow legend Megaton Dias tonight as I ate dinner following the nearly 3 hours of instruction during the seminar.

An exciting Jiu-Jitsu player, amazing coach and quite a character to be around.

Thankful for this level of instruction.
