I just need to take a moment—no, actually MANY moments—to publicly, loudly, and borderline irresponsibly express my deepest, most dramatic, most over-the-top gratitude to the absolute LEGEND, the ICON, the HERO of this Christmas season: @dave.
This man didn’t just give me a gift. Oh no. He didn’t just change my day. He didn’t just make my week. He altered the trajectory of my entire existence.

Double digits.
More watches than wrists.
More timepieces than I have time itself.
Before this moment, I was merely someone who experienced time. Now? I COMMAND IT. I wake up knowing the exact time in ten different emotional states. I can be early, on time, late, fashionably late, and spiritually punctual—all at once. My wrist game is so strong I may need to start wearing watches on my ankles.
My life has been changed forever. I walk differently. I breathe differently. I look at clocks with pity now. Every tick echoes gratitude. Every tock whispers, “Thanks, Dave.”
I am SO happy. I am SO grateful. I am so full of Christmas joy that I might actually start jingling when I walk. My heart is three sizes bigger, my wrists are heavier, and my soul is TIMELY.
Thank you, @dave, for your generosity, your kindness, and your reckless disregard for how many watches one person realistically needs. This is truly the gift that keeps on ticking.
