For some reason I cannot access Telegram from my phone, Luckily I have it installed on my laptop also.

Ive uninstalled it, and reinstalled from telegram.org, when it asks me to enter my number it directs me to a new account, where i can still view this account but as a subscriber and not admin.

I've switched handsets and my Telegram seems to be working again, thanks to the lads from the Burkean for the pointers.
